Laura is wonderful in explaining timelines and her service is a 10! The jeweler fixed my engagement ring and I cannot tell where the damage was located at. Cost effective and friendly.

Sue and Taylor were absolutely AMAZING!!!! They helped me find the ring of my dreams and made my journey as wonderful and stress-free as possible. As a first time shopper, Sue took the time to teach me all about the 4 C’s of diamonds and even let me examine them with a magnifying glass. Their stellar customer service truly stood out and I was so so so happy to have them a part of journey. Although Sue wasn't there to deliver my ring, she called to ensure everything went smoothly and that I loved my ring, which meant everything to me!! Both Sue and Taylor offered honest opinions and supported me throughout the entire process. They were delightful to be around and made finding the perfect ring an easy and enjoyable experience!! I appreciate them SO much and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

I wanted to praise Sue and her daughter, Taylor, for all their work to complete my engagement ring. They were extremely helpful in explaining all the different types of rings and were patient when I couldn't decide what I wanted. They made my vision come to life and I couldn't be happier! I'd 100% recommend them to anyone, they will bring your vision to life! Thanks again Sue and Taylor!

Don’t buy a G-Shock from here. I purchased a G-Shock watch from Roger’s and holland about 2 years ago. I came to this location because my battery was dead and since I purchased the watch, the watch lens underneath had streak marks and fingerprints. So they sent it out for repairs to G-Shock/Casio. I was told G-Shock would contact me about repair prices. I never received any calls. 5 months later I get a call from the store saying my watch is ready for pickup, no comment about price repairs. I arrive to the store and I’m being charged for the battery repair, “I’m ok paying that, but at least let me know how much before I arrive”. Once I picked it up the watch lens was still dirty with streak marks under the glass. The older lady tells me the only option is to send it back and wait another 5 months and unknown repair price since nobody will update me. By that time the battery will be dead again and I’ll have to send it out again and wait another 5 months. Long story short don’t buy a G-Shock from here. The younger Hispanic female was very kind and helpful. The older lady was not and had a defensive attitude as if it were my fault the watch was dirty. I was also there to purchase another watch for my wedding day, I went across the mall to another store to purchase a watch and jewelry instead. Thanks.

Laura, at R&H in Orland Park has got to be the funnest and most professional youg lady to work with. My wife and I went to get my wife's ring cleaned,and while it was cleaning we were talking to Laura and before I knew it it got bigger. She was soo much fun. Stop in and she can help you or just say HI, Ray sent you.lol. What a fun time.
