Been wearing RedWings for 26yr in my occupation. Now retired and a senior, went to the orland store to duplicate a pair and make a new purchase (was told the shoes were discontinued and not avail) i then purchased a very expensive insole and also a leather treatment to try and preserve what i had) after buying all accessorys needed? I went home and looked on the official redwing site and was informed the shoes are still avail @ another store and on sale ! I could have purchased a "Brand New" Pair from another store with free shipping to orland and had a "Brand new pair" for less then what i spent @ the orland store so ? I still will be loyal to Red Wings but? Not in orland. When i called back the person in the orland store and explained? He said they cant make any money by selling discounted shoes !

Staff was rude and cornered me in the store. Would not provide recommendations and really blew me off as a customer. I had heard such great things about this store and was very disappointed by how I was treated.

I needed new shoes for work because the Timberland ones I have now are constantly causing me heel, arch and food pain on the job. I was so happy to see you had a machine at your location to measure my feet accurately so I was able to get shoes that were right for me. Not only for the work that I do but also to provide stability and comfort. The gentleman Howard who helped us was great. He was very knowledgeable and kept us smiling during the whole fitting and buying process. Would highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. The models and sizes I wanted to try on were in stock. The guy working at the store was fast and knowledgeable. The boots I bought are awesome. I wish they were a little less expensive and fully American made, but I wish that about everything.

The blonde guy who worked 12/16 was a disrespectful jerk who laughed at customers faces. When I go in to spend 400-500$ I don’t need some arrogant clown trying to make people feel belittled. Took my business elsewhere!!
