The process was intense with selling the condo and moving to a new state, but Brian knew what he was doing, recommended Rate for financing and the referrals for inspection, lawyer, etc. Brian even gave us reminders after purchasing about specific deadlines, license renewals, gas, electric, literally everything. He even gave us a list of local things to do since he’s familiar with the area!
To sum things up- Brian and his team are amazing to work with, constant communication, & professional. I highly recommend working with him!”
