I have been to this place twice now and have had an amazing experience both times! The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the whole escape room experience was so fun and exciting. You are presented with a video regarding the room you selected, It is always very clean inside and well taken care of! I was once came in earlier than my appointment and the employees took us in early anyway and let us start when we wanted which was so nice. The actual escape room, The rooms are so cool and interesting and the escape aspect is definitely prominent. The rooms are very well put together and thought out. You are given 3 hints, each hint was given immediately and was so nice. I will definitely be coming back and most definitely recommend coming here

I've done a few different escape rooms in the area, this is my favorite so far. Other companies have bigger rooms and a lot cooler looking rooms but generally the fancier ones with more cool stuff have more stuff that can go wrong and when it does it just sucks. This place is simple but great.

Friendly staff. Escape room was pretty basic, one room only, no puzzles -just a bunch of boxes to unlock. Been to better.

So much fun! The staff was so friendly. We did the Sherlock Holmes room, which was intermediate level, and got out with just enough time to spare. The pricing is fair, can't wait to try another room!

We did the Sherlock's Secret room with a group of 2 and had a great time.Though we did not escape, the room is very doable for two experienced people--the one puzzle that tripped us up required a lot of dexterity and we were terrible at it, but it was toward the very end of the room so we didn't miss out on anything!The decor was excellent and the puzzles worked well with the theme.I would be worried that a group much larger than 3 or 4 might not have enough tasks to keep everyone busy at any given time, but for small groups or larger groups who haven't done many escape rooms, it's perfect.

The wife and I did the CSI -Orland park one and for being the hardest one . We cracked the codes and solved all the clues and won with 5 min to go. A great time and great couple / date night fun. We will return. So much fun .

We did the Sherlock escape room and it was so much fun!! Psych Escape Room did a wonderful job adapting to Covid with cleaning things (we took our masks off for the pictures) and keeping us all safe by not allowing anyone else in the room other than who we signed up with which made us feel a lot more comfortable! Our host was super nice and kind!We had lots of fun together trying to solve the room. The people you go with definitely make the experience better! Have fun with it!

We had a great time! We did the Sherlock room and it was full of surprises. The staff is excellent, I can’t remember the girls name that helped us but she was so helpful and extremely nice walking us through some of the clues we missed. We will be back ?

Great rooms and really happy with the covid safety precautions! The staff has always been friendly and the facility is very clean. We've gone three times now.

Our first time experiencing an escape room. My kids are 9 and 11, and they can't stop talking about how much fun they had. We did the starlight diner room. It's was challenging and suspenseful. We literally had 45 seconds on the clock before we solved the mystery. It's something different and I felt safe and comfortable. We had the room to ourselves so we were able to remove our masks. Will definitely go again!

Have done 3 rooms at this location. Enjoyed my experiences each time. The staff is friendly and fun. The rooms have interesting and unique themes. A good variety of puzzles to solve.

Escaped from a couple of the generation 1 escape rooms that Pysch has to offer. Neither room was cluttered, so if you dislike rooms that have a lot of decoration or red herrings that distract you, you will appreciate Psych! I liked "CSI Orland Park" for its whodunnit theme and Starlight Dinner for its throwback to the 1950s. We actually escaped from one of the rooms without opening every lock, but it was the first time I have seen a room where a "key" gets re-used.

The Al Capone room was challenging and fun. We (team of 3) were able to complete it with 8 min left after a couple hints. I would love to come back with a group of 6 and try another room.
