We canceled are old homeowners and auto insurance and went with Steve Neal, State Farm insurance. We worked with Sahar, who was very nice and knowledgeable. She gave us a quote, which was cheaper than our old insurance. Whenever we had questions Sahar got back to us promptly. It was great working with Sahar, and we would recommend this company.Peter and Deborah Kelly

I just went to this branch to try to deposit my money into their bank and was told that they don’t accept deposits at the bank because they don’t have tellers, but there were four employees doing nothing looking at me slack-jawed. Do with that what you will.

Like others say don't bother if you need a real person's help. Terrible there can't be tellers to actually do real banking.

I've been trying to open a business account a week at this point. Scheduling a phone call appointment should be removed. You will never get a call back. Take your business to a different branch. Highly disappointed

Don’t go here if you need tellers, want to pay bills with cash, need a business banker or a notary. They will send you to another location. People working here are pleasant and try to help but seems their hands are tied by this new “cashless, tellerless” model bank location. It’s useless unless you need an ATM.

PNC as a bank overall is not the best option for myself, however the ladies at this branch are super helpful. I was sent to this location after visiting a different branch that was too busy. Diana and Angie helped me with a complex situation.PNC made it more difficult than it had to be, but Diana spent a lot of time and effort trying to resolve my issue, and did not let me feel like it was a bother to her.

Ladies were nice. But had to wait 20 minutes before I was told they could not take my cash payment. I understand they were busy. However it would be nice to have known that as soon as I walked in. I guess I can't comprehend how they can't take a cash payment at a bank....

Cashless banks? What's the point?I get how to use an ATM, but if I don't want to, I shouldn't be forced to. I continue to use PNC even if I can get higher rates with an online bank because I still have needs for a teller. Now they're taking away the benefits of brick and mortar, and still trying to give you >0.01% interest and make you jump through hoops to avoid fees on your checking accounts. This location is only interested in financial services like mortgages and loans because that's more profitable for them, while other services get cut. Its becoming harder and harder to argue for keeping my money here.

What bank decides to be cashless and then only have ATM that don’t work. Waste of my time will be changing banks
