Staff is very attentive and friendly. I am not a regular, and I came in with questions. I had a point of contact with three different staff members, and all three delivered great service. Their people skills are great. I walked out with a great gift for a friend and feeling good about the experience.

I needed help with a product I previously bought so I came into the Orland Park location today and I was really disappointed with my experience. I also was looking forward to purchasing other items, however that excitement quickly disappeared after my encounter with the sale associate. I had an issue with a bracelet not staying closed all the way, not sure if it was bent from me wearing it all the time or needed to be cleaned, but I brought it in none the less so I wouldn't break it trying to fix it myself. All I had said to the associate was that it wasn't staying closed and that it had fallen off when I was out last weekend. The "associate that was helping" me took my bracelet to the back and rudely told me 10 minutes later they weren't going to do anything about it- which was fine; not a big deal (it was $100 I got my use out of it)- but the way she treated me after that was undeserved and made me very uncomfortable. I work in customer service and there is a nice way to talk to customers even difficult ones and by no means was I being difficult nor was this a difficult situation and they were not busy; she almost talked down to me like I was stupid? Like I really was inconveniencing her by being there. And then 2 seconds after telling me they won't replace it she began taking care of a new client in the middle of the transaction. That left a terrible impression on me. She couldn't adequately communicate with me about anything (why the bracelet wasn't closing all the way) what the options where and didn't bother to ask if she could help in any other way before going to a different customer (mind you I also came in to purchase items too). She just walked off and started helping someone else. I left after that I was so uncomfortable to be treated that way. I hope the older woman with the glasses finds a different career or goes behind a desk because working with the public directly is not for her. Every other time over the last 10 years that i've come into pandora it's always a great and easy experience, she definitely ruined the way I look at this company now and how I will think before purchasing from here again. Even if they replaced my bracelet and I purchased the items I wanted-id still write this review, nasty sales people do not generate a trustworthy business.

Very helpful. I was here for a gift. It was better for me to buy another charm to space rather than a spacer. So always look into all the charms

I went in to buy a few charms for my birthday. I was not greeted and was there for 5 minutes and no one even asked me if I needed help or wanted to buy anything.

Service was terrible when I went to go buy a charm. Workers were impatient and not displaying the products in a polite way. I was told to go walk and look instead of the workers bringing the charms over to me. Would not go back, I was looking to buy multiple charms and the mean service made me get out of the store so quick.

I ordered on line.I picked it up.76.00 order.But I was asked to pay for a bag or box. 1.00 !Ridiculous!!!Won't shop there again!!!!

I really don't like how you have to pay extra for boxes and bags to place your charms in. Boxes and bags used to be included with your purchase.

Received a bracelet with three charms from my future mother in law for Christmas and it was beautiful. First time I wore it, the "sparkle O clip charm" valued at $40 fell off and was lost unbeknownst to me - I wasn't doing anything crazy, just went to dinner. I came back to the store and was told they could do nothing about it - I would have to call customer relations. When I called customer relations, I was told that "lost items" were not covered under warranty. I wore the bracelet one time, made no adjustments to it, and Pandora is not willing to stand by their product. It was CLEARLY defective. I was only offered a meager discount for future purchases, which I did not take. The bracelet was well over $200 in cost and I will be returning it for the reason that I will not support a company that will not back their products, especially at this price point. EXTREMELY disappointed at all levels with the customer service received.

4 stars cause the gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful! Not giving a 5 cause the store overall was a little dirty. I'm not used to seeing Pandora stores that have dirty floors and trash on the floor. One associate dropped something, looked at it, then walked away! But maybe they had a busy day and the store was clean when it opened.

Someone should terminated the manager in charge of this store. Store is suppose to open at 11am. It's 12p and they have been having a staff meeting for quite awhile. While customers are In line. Nice job.

Great experience for my teenager although the line was out the door....lol. Once in the store, the sales person was very nice and knowledgeable. She explained everything about the bracelet and how to customize it. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Another great place to shop!
