Workers were very rude, no one greeted us, no one asked us how we were doing, workers actually gave me attitude when I asked for a fitting room. I could then hear them talking badly about me outside of the fitting rooms. Would not recommend

5 star rating because of the great customer service from Michael. He helped me with getting a new pair of shoes and was very nice and respectful throughout.

The atmosphere is not welcoming. It’s either teenagers or young adults that hate their jobs. Be grateful for a job because someone else would love to take your position.

Love the quality of their clothing. My friend loves going to PacSun and I always tag along. The workers are also nice. I asked a worker there named Neda/Nida (not sure how to spell) a few questions and she was a sweetheart.

The worst customer service ever!!! I just left out of Pacsun store without buying anything because of a few reasons. The worker who said her name Nadia (or something like that) was engulfed in her phone. I walked all the way to the back of the store without being greeted. When I was walking out she turned around and looked at me, still didn't greet me but looked me up and down. Then I asked outloud "y'all don't greet your customers" and she replied with a loud "What!?" I (then turned around to walk back towards her as I was leaving out and) repeated the question. She gave me several excuses like "I didn't even notice you. I was too busy folding the clothes to greet you, are you even buying something?" I then said "so you're still not going to say hello welcome to Pacsun. How can I help you?" She said no and produced another excuse b/f I asked her what her name was. Not sure if that's true but she was definitely in there about 4:45 p.m. 01/23/22. Upper management should know how she treats their customers b/c she is causing them to lose money as they just lost a Paying customer.

This store definitely needs new employees/management with better attitudes. They lied to us and told us they weren’t carrying the product we were looking for, but we found a whole section of the product on our own. The 2 girls working clearly didn’t want to be here, which I totally understand, but at least have a polite attitude to your customers. They made us feel very unwelcome. There was only 1 other customer in the store, with at least 3 people working, and it took almost 20 minutes just for them to let us get a dressing room. One of the girls even looked at us well we were standing there waiting for them to let us in, & she literally ran past us into the back of the store. I would not recommend shopping hear unless you don’t mind being treated like garbage.

Dressing room was a mess from the group before us, a snotty staff member came up to me and my friends and told us to clean it. We told her it wasn’t from us and we took out everything we brought in then she said we still should’ve cleaned it. Got mad at us because we didn’t do her job.

The dressing room was a mess and when me and my friends went to check out, an employee told me and my friends in a passive aggressive tone that next time we need to clean the dressing room. We explained that the mess wasn’t us, it was the people before us and she told us that we should’ve done it anyways. I don’t want to do her job as I don’t work there.

I will not be shopping at the pacsun in Orland Park anymore since they do not take returns when their website clearly states that you have up to 30 days to return online items even clearance items. I was told I had to return them by mail and pay the shipping fees because they were ringing up as “unverified”. Young boy didn’t even check all my items he just threw them back in my bag and told me I was basically SOL and it wasn’t their problem. But my sister just went there and they took back all her online returns. Sounds like it’s very unclear and unprofessional and the store should honor returns and what their website explicitly states. The clothes were unworn with tags still in tact. I can’t speak with anyone on the phone. Customer service is a joke and no one can seem to help me so I will be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately now I tell everyone not to shop here, and not just this location, ALL locations. Very disappointing.. Due to covid people should be able to return any and all items since we cannot always try them on in store.

I went into Pacsun with my husband today 01/17/2020. Not one of the employees acknowledged us or asked if we needed help. They just talked to one another behind the register. Super unprofessional!!!!!!!
