It only took three days and my car looked brand new. They cleaned the interior and exterior of the car with no issues. Everything looked and clean and polished. Very happy with their service. I would definitely recommend coming here ?

I tried this shop two years ago and I hated their service but I was in the area this past month and apparently they changed the whole management and it was bought by new owners so I gave it another try, I have a luxury car so I really like to take care of it, the best service honestly and the best prices in the southwest area. Love it and I’ll be back for sure. I usually don’t review business but I feel bad all the bad reviews were on the old owners and mangers, different everything since new owners took over the place. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! This business is nothing short of a scam. I took my car here in 2019 for detailing and they did an excellent job. I made an appointment to have it done again on 7/29/21 and I should've trusted my gut because something just didn't seem right when I called. The gentleman that answered the phone did not announce the business name, instead he just said "yeah". I made the appointment anyway and when I arrived I provided my name and told the same guy (he is the only one there) that had previously answered the phone, that I had an appointment. He acted as if he had no idea of what I was talking about. I again gave him my name and he said, "oh, ok". He had me sign a document and told me that the car would be ready in 3-4 hours. He gave me a call when the car was ready. I went to pick up my car and my heart sank! My local car wash does a better job and for a lot less money. I paid this guy $180.00 and he did an AWFUL job. There were still crumbs in the car, dirt and dust spots, my wheels were dirty, the engine was still dusty and dirty and there were smears and smudges on the windshield. Once I arrived home and took an even closer look, I noticed that he didn't even touch the cup holder in my backseat. And, speaking of payment, he asked me three times if I was going to pay by card or cash and that he preferred the cash. I paid with cash and it dawned on me that he prefers cash because disappointed customers paying with a card can dispute charges. I called him to let him know of my disappointment and he started yelling, screaming and talking over me. I told him that I was going to sue him and hung up the phone. He called me back and told me to come back and he would fix the problem areas. I told him no, he would never have an opportunity to touch my car again. I further informed him that as a professional detailer, the job that he had performed on my car was completely unacceptable as it was grossly poor. I've uploaded the "after" photos here and I do plan to take further action. This guy is a scam artist and should be out of business!!! Just read some of the other, more recent reviews (I wish I would've before I took my car there). AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Ridiculous business ! Made an appt. weeks ago, called to confirm and didn't have info - then there for appt. and nobody in building at all - called and said "be there in 20 mins." The parking lot place is dingy, run down and unkempt. Buyer beware !
