Overheard a woman in Omaha uniform(apron and all) at the Starbucks across the way mention to the poor barista that she was sick with pneumonia and going BACK to work and needed tea to feel better. No mask. Coughing all over with mouth not covered. Sooooo many things wrong here and feel very uncomfortable having just been here to buy items.

Buy a package deal and get everything but the steak but it’s called Omaha steak where is the stake for 300$ o you get one stake what about the deal from online do you honor it yes but not we don’t need burgers that come for free when you spend 150 or more I think that for this money you can buy from farms better

Fix your sign.. you have if you buy and item get this free. Duh put in small print you have to buy any frozen item. Never again. Don't bully people. Your customer service people should know better shame on you

I stopped in here for the greatest hotdogs in the country, these do not disappoint. The only disappointing thing about them is how gosh darn expensive they are, 16 hotdogs for about 30 bucks. The steaks in the burgers are OK nothing to rave about I was just here for the hotdogs. I will come back again just for the dogs, I think you can find better steaks and burgers at your local grocery store.

K I have waited a few hours to rant. Positives first: good location, clean store, friendly if clueless staff. I have become accustomed to $5.00 coffees and $60 gallons of paint and suppliers justifying prices with explanations of shortages of raw materials and staff but I draw the line with Omaha Steaks in Orland Park. I go there awith a $50.00 gift certificate expecting to add personal money to buy 3 or 4 steaks. First complaint, meat is not labeled prime or choice. Omaha wanted $94.00 for 4 10oz. strip steaks I will try that even though it is $40 per Lb. unlabeled. The catch is I must buy something else to qualify for this special price on Strip Steak. The k for next alternative is a promo offering 4 6oz filets for $25.00.

I ordered on line. Thought I was getting Barber chicken breast as it showed you had them. I order several boxes but they were Omaha brand instead. I really don’t like them can I return the unopened boxes to the store on Orland Park? I paid $300 for these.

I have to say I was very much so looking forward to the recent package I bought for Father's Day. I felt the pricing was very reasonable and the food looks delicious upon arrival. Unfortunately there was a mishap and one of the kids left the freezer door open while we were gone for the weekend and my entire freezer contents were lost including all the Omaha steaks. I've heard good things and was looking forward to a more detailed review however our family did not get to enjoy them

I've ordered online from Omaha and was always happy with the quality of food. Love actually being able to come and look at the meat and sides versus looking at pictures. Jacqui was working on the two occasions my husband and I came in. She is very knowledgeable of products and such a pleasure to work with. We have tried a few options per her recommendation and loved each one! We will be back.
