I took my mom to CVS minute-clinic on 142 and LaGrange Rd. We saw NP Kathleen. We had unbelievably great service- a very thorough exam. Kathleen was all business, and extremely efficient. Typically, when going to her own doctor- even with an appointment-- the wait times are horrible, usually takes more than 2 hours to get in and out. I decided to try a minute clinic and it was a great choice. As thorough as the exam was, we spent approximately just over half an hour there in total. This included strep & covid tests. NP Kathleen gave us far better attention and a more complete exam then we are used to receiving. This will likely be our go to place down the road.

I visited this Minute Clinic today, and even though I wasn't feeling my best, my experience at this Orland Park location exceeded my expectations. I made an appointment online in advance and checked in at the kiosk once I arrived. I didn't have to wait long to be seen and was called in,right near my scheduled time.The NP on staff today was Rachel, and she was so attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable.I felt like she genuinely cared about how I was feeling as a patient,and wanted to provide the best care possible. I left feeling confident that I would be feeling better soon. Thank you NP Rachel.

I really appreciated the doctor's efficiency and thoroughness, she put me at ease right away and explained everything i needed to know.

Fantastic nurse. She was soooo great with my child, highly trained, professional and efficient. Booking was easy online and even though we were waitlisted she still got in. I will go out of my way to come back to this one even though it is not close to my house.
