I'm new in the Tinley Park area and I had my prescriptions filled and Mokena at their Myers store. The new people are very very nice. They do a nice job of the ordering the pharmacy and getting a hold of my doctor. I've recently got a flu shot there and they seem like. They really know their business. They're prompt courteous, and the prices are reasonable.

I recently moved to this neighborhood, and because the pharmacy is conveniently located, I switched my prescriptions there. However, after a year of terrible service, I'm not going to use them anymore. Their work is almost shockingly error-prone. Twice now they've given me the wrong number of tablets. Once they gave me the wrong dosage. Three times I've had to wait extra days, beyond the time stated on the refill call. Even my doctor's office couldn't get them to fix one of their errors in a timely manner. I picked up yet another incorrectly filled prescription last week, and that's it. I'm through fighting with them to get them to do their jobs correctly. Avoid this place unless you're willing to spend hours sorting out their problems.

I just started on Medicare, so I am a little new at the part D. But Emma from the pharmacy saw how much my bill was for four prescriptions and she looked up and single cares for better prices. Emma was able to cut my price 3/4. She was so helpful and so knowledgeable. Myers is my new go to pharmacy in Tinley Park! Thank you Emma and I hope to see you again.

Terrible customer service. I have gotten the same prescription filled 6 times. I dropped it off, it's not in stock, never is, not sure why, I get it filled every time over and over. They tell me it'll be ready on Tuesday. Fine. Sunday afternoon, they call me, tell me it's too hard to find, and I need to come pick up my prescription and take it to another store. I ask if they can let that store know that I've already been waiting and have my script ready so I can just drop off the paper and go. They tell me I have to go there and drop it off and wait however long they tell me, just like I haven't already been waiting. This is ridiculous. A little customer service would be nice.

I got a prescription a few weeks ago for the flu. 8 hours later it still wasn't ready and they told me i had to wait til the next day. This happened last time i went there too.

I got a prescription a few weeks ago for the flu. 8 hours later it still wasn't ready and they told me i had to wait til the next day. This happened last time i went there too. Then my daughter goes there today to pick up her prescription which was called in 6 days ago and its still not ready. they told her it will be 1.5 hrs. they go back, and tell her another half hour. Shes trying to drive back to NY to college today and now not getting on the road until 3pm. and she said the pharmacist today was rude to her Time to find a new and reliable pharmacy.

The most friendly pharmacy in Orland PK. I've been with them for 10 years. Today they saved me $300 with a coupon deal they had. Great people. If your unhappy with your pharmacy give Meijer a try.

The pharmacist Anthony is very kind and offers great customer service. He is knowledgeable and personable. I was very pleased with my experience today. They were a bit under staffed but he was a pro about making things work and making the customers happy. Very appreciated.
