Maureen in the personal banker area (Orland Park) is extremely rude with customers. We were making changes to the bank account. She seemed completely confused and a bit dazed. She was sweet to her higher ups but terribly short and rude to us the clients. I feel terrible for recommending this bank to others if they meet with someone like Maureen.

Joyce in the Land Trust department was extremely helpful in explaining my land trust to me. Very happy to have my land trust here with Marquette Bank.

Not sure how my original review was removed but I'll repost it everytime don't worry... horrible "customer service". I would NEVER bank here. Came to open 2 new accounts and after seeing how horrible they are with customers I would never give them my business. With any luck they close down and a real bank with good customer service takes over

Doesn't value it's customers. Marquette Bank is overly cautious of fraud. It's rules negatively affect its honest customers. Marquette Bank is behind on technology, staff are pretentious, has rules/charges that other banks don't have. Vice President was not available on a Monday morning. Marquette Bank puts its own needs over needs the of its customers

It's been a very long time since I've felt a bank values their clients and gets to know them and what the specific needs are to each individual and business. It's been 16 years to be honest and that's when I was with my prior bank in my former town. I'm happy to say that once again I feel like a bank, especially Tom G, at Marquette takes his time to understand what one is looking for and what can and won't fit their needs. I have nothing but praise. If you're tired of these giant banks and are looking for a more personal relationship, this is where you need to go, and Tom is the man you need to see.

I didn't have an account with Marquette, I was just a small business owner trying to get through the PPP loan process and getting nowhere with both my personal and business bankers at 2 different banks. A friend who'd refinanced through Marquette recommended them, she'd previously raves about their service. I was and am still so surprised by the level of service I received. Tom was extremely helpful in informing me of what was necessary to move forward, and connecting with the appropriate team members. They all helped me with such competence, care and expediency. They made the process easy and I was approved for my loan in a short time. I'll rave about their service to anyone who'll listen. Imagine the lengths they go through for their current customer.

Restoring my faith in banking! The few times I've gone to the bank, I'm always greeted with a smile and everyone there couldn't be nicer. My experiences have been nothing but absolutely positive.

What a disappointment!! Cassandra Ray is a teller see us put mask and gloves rolling her eyes so impatiently.I will love to say my husband and I are elderly and need to be very careful with covid19.People like her shouldn't be working with people, specifically in this difficult times.

So March 18th I ordered a new debit card from my bank with my new last name. It apparently got lost in the mail. Awesome. So they canceled my current card and said they were going to send a new card to me, but since it was lost they have to send it to the bank. That was gonna take 7-10 business days so I had no way to pay some of my bills that only took debit/credit cards as payment. Yesterday was the 10th day so I called them. They said "no ma'am it got sent to your house". I DESTROYED my house trying to find it. Nothing. I called back. They said that they were going to order me a new one but since two cards were lost, it had to get sent to the bank. They would expedite it and it would take 2-3 business days. Since yesterday was a Friday, it wouldn't be there until Wednesday. Which means late fees on my bills. I got a call today that my card was, in fact, at the branch. The branch closes at 2 and they called me at 12. I was no where near the branch so I wouldn't be able to get it until Monday. I asked if my mom could go pick it up since I've jumped through a million hoops with them. They agreed to let my mom pick it up, but I was told it has my maiden name on it. So for almost 2 months I've been without a debit card for absolutely nothing. The whole point of the new card was with my new name. I've been a loyal customer of theirs for almost 13 years. I've never had a bad experience with them before, but this was beyond unacceptable.

Today I visited this location, I needed a notary. I had an attorney with me and we needed to have a document notarized. Since I was not a customer of the bank, we were turned away. There isn't even an option to pay for notary services. I was recently considering changing banks since I lived down the street and thought this location would be super convenient. I am super disappointed with how I was treated, I do not recommend this bank. You just lost a potential customer. Thank you to the gentleman who turned us away today.

Anytime I go to Marquette Bank, they are helpful, efficient, and more than willing to answer any questions I have. Keep up the good work!

This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Ihave had their people totally ignore their e-mails and refuse to return phone calls. Then when you finally get a hold of someone, they tell you they will call you back with an answer before the end of the day, Then they never call you back or return any of the voicemail messages you leave for them.
