She was so kind when I showed up from the warehouse location not knowing anything about shipping out packages (I found they weren't able to print shipping labels at the warehouse). She was patient and I'm grateful she went above & beyond to help me at the end of a long day. I really needed to get it out by the end of that day- which was on me- but she was so understanding.
