I had an absolutely AMAZING experience in the store with Kat and her team! They understood the difference between customer service and creating a customer experience and it made the difference. I’ve been shopping at that store for several years now, and always purchased the same tub of Lemony Flutter. Kat introduced me to an entire array of options that were both exactly what my palate enjoyed as well as my son. She listened, shared options, and was able to give me real background information about the products which showed me this is a passion for her. I highly recommended visiting!!

Everyone was so helpful the moment I walked in but Jaz especially went above and beyond to help me find exactly what i was looking for on top of giving me amazing recommendations on products to compliment what i was buying. Erica was sensational as our Lush Birthday Party host. I booked our family and friends this experience to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and no one was disappointed. We played games, including a fun scavenger hunt around the store.
Making our own bath bomb was lovely, and our 6 year old daughter was so into every step. And the bath bomb gift bags had fantastic surprise bath bomb goodies inside.
So glad we did this.

This was an amazing experience for my birthday. This store is so interactive and overall fun. Kat helped me and my friends around the store and we had an amazing experience with her, she showed us the bath bombs, face masks, moisturizer and more! Cat was soooooo nice she helped us several times and I reallyyyyy appreciate it she showed us how to massage each others hand and we did had scrubs and face scrubs and moreeeeee she is the best assestant

Kat helped us with everything presenting bath bombs, and how to give a hand massage. She helped us with face masks, lip scrub, and lotion on hands. All free and all fresh. This was honestly the best experience and best assistant. Had a fun day with my friends. ?

All of the employees were so kind, patient, and eager to help find what you're looking for! I purchased a facial cleanser, body lotion, and body scrub and feel like those products are worth the money because they feel high quality. Although I've only received samples of these, my favorite products are the fresh face masks. My skin is typically sensitive, so I was surprised when they calmed and provided a cooling effect on my skin. Will purchase a regular size next time!

I went in feeling anxious about personal stuff going on, but Suemaya greeted me and helped me find bath bombs to make me feel more calm and composed. She was attentive to my needs and suggested products to help reduce my anxiety. I highly recommend going to Lush in Orland Park Mall for their products, but keep going back for their customer service like Suemaya gave me day one! I tried and loved the milk bottle bubbles she offered and the eucalyptus bath bomb to pair. I plan to use my sleepy bath bomb soon to help reduce stress before bed. I'll be back to purchase more soon! Thank you for a wonderful experience, Suemaya!!

This place is amazing the bath bombs smell amazing everything is natural and amazing for the skin. The employees are super sweet and definitely make you feel welcome.
