Since 2011, my family has had multiple vehicles serviced out of this location with reasonable service managers that communicated greatly, got you in and out and made the service experience great. Recently, this has changed. A simple oil change that you have an appointment, show up on time and are one of the 1st cars to arrive at opening time and it still takes 2.5 hours for this service. Checked in at 7:17 and my car wasn’t touched until 8:53, interesting. No check in to let me know the status. No explanation on the delay. No consideration for time. This will be my last time scheduling servicing or anything with this location.

Have all my maintenance done here. Had a low tire light come on today. Found a nail in the tire. As Lexus of Orland are the only people who I have maintain my car I called them for assistance. The young lady that answered the phone stated they do that kind of work but was told by the service manager not to accept any cars for friday or Saturday. I asked if I could drop it off as I don't need it until Monday and maybe they could fit it in somewhere. The young lady was quite rude and said they have appointments for next week Wednesday. I had to decline this offer. Took my GX to a local tire shop and ended up buying 4 new tires. Happy to give the business to someone else as apparently Lexus of Orland doesn't need it or see the benefit of taking care of long term customers. It's a very simple sales principle. The customer cannot buy anything if you don't get them in the door.

I talked with the owner at Orland Park - Jim and he was not a pleasant person to speak with. Not only did he rudely interrupted me as I was speaking with him over the phone but had the audacity to tell me since I did not purchase my vehicle from either of his locations I will not be able to have my car wash at his locations. Per Jim if you are not getting any type of service at either of the locations he does not provide Free car washes to outsiders! It was informed when we purchase our Lexus you can go to any Lexus Dealer for courtesy car washes. Neither less to say that’s not True be aware should you need to go to either Merrillville and or Orland Park.

We had a decent buying experience but waited forever for our extra key to arrive. Overall communication about anything needs after the purchase was lacking.

Amazing outstanding service! My salesmen Aleksander was so helpful and pleasant. The finance manager was amazing and just all of the staff in general. I have literally never went to a dealership and left within two hours of arriving with a new car. Normally you are at dealers for at least half a day. I arrived around 5:30pm on Friday and I was signing papers at 7pm with a great interest rate. I do feel they went above and beyond and met every expectation. We live in a day and time where customer service is not what it used to be and typically dealerships do not have the nicest or most honest people. At Lexus Of Orland I feel they genuinely care and want to put you in a good situation to have a long term relationship with their clients. 10 out of 10 for me and I would recommend anyone there.

I’ve been coming to this dealer for over 10 years. I’ve purchased cars and booked all my routine service appointments. I’m in for an oil change and have a stripped screw in my license plate holder. I asked if they could remove the stripped screw and they told me that service would be an additional $199. That’s more than the oil change. So offensive. I’m buying a new car at the end of the year, I’m so appalled by the charge to remove this screw that I will never come back here to purchase a car.

Worked with Moe Daoud in the sale department and he was amazing!! He helped my find the right new vehicle and made sure that I received constant communication about the delivery. I would highly recommend Orland Park Lexus and Moe if you are looking to get a new Lexus.

Just bought a car from Bob and Mo from this dealership, and we are dealers ourselves - that already tells you enough. Aside from that, Bob went further than the extra mile (no pun intended) to make sure we got a great deal on the car, and more importantly that we were satisfied with the car. I asked him more questions than anyone would bother answering, but he still picked up every call and shook our hand on the way out. Great doing business with them, and dealer to dealer I would buy from them on a personal level.

I went in looking for a car to lease. Spoke with Sabreen (sales associate) and she found me a car within my budget. Sat down went over numbers and I put a deposit to hold the vehicle that was coming in.Sabreen calls me to tell me the vehicle is in early. I go see the vehicle and it’s not the vehicle I put my deposit down for. I put a deposit down for a 2025 and the vehicle they are trying to sell me is a 2024. The manager Junior also tells me the Spec sheet printed for me is wrong and the paper says 2025 but it suppose to say 2024. This place is a fraud! Please don’t trust them. Make sure you get copies of everything you sign and anything they are trying to sell you. Junior the sales manager is the wordy sales manager I have ever encountered! Terrible customer service. He won’t provide me with the paper they had me sign for the agreement made and told me to stop calling the dealership! He needs to be fired and go back to Toyota! Spec sheet that Sabreen printed for me is attached to this review, this is the car I put a deposit on and they tried to give me a 2024 and say the spec sheet was incorrect

Mike in financing is extremely rude. It’s the second time I’ve had to converse with him and it’s always a rude interaction from him. Classless guy. If you can, ask for someone else

Tried to speak to sales manager about purchasing a used IS. He refused to speak to me when I told the receptionist what our budget was, no idea what she communicated to him but what a disappointment Bob was to us, this dealership and to the Lexus name. We will take our business and money elsewhere. Sad he didn't even offer to have a conversation. Likely because I'm female, felt extraordinarily sexist the entire conversation with the poor receptionist caught in the middle. Do NOT recommend this dealership.

Please do not purchase your next vehicle from this dealership. I don’t even want to give this dealership one star, but I had to in order to leave a review. From start to finish, everyone at this dealership is a liar, and I wish more people would leave honest reviews about their experience.
My mom had a car ordered and delivered to Lexus of Orland. Her experience ordering her vehicle over the phone was fine, and they wanted a deposit which my mom provided. The problems came once the vehicle arrived and it came time to go into the dealership.
From the very beginning the salesman Alexs Aruna was a liar and very pushy. He kept trying to get my mom to finance the vehicle when there was no need to. He started treating us differently when we said that we weren’t interested in financing.
After we filled out some paperwork, we were then transferred to the finance man named Ziad Altamimi. My mom had personalized plates that aren’t due to be renewed until the end of the May. She was trading in her current vehicle which meant that she was no longer going to own it. Ziad kept saying that he couldn’t transfer our plates because we need emissions in order to renew and transfer the plates. This is untrue. After we left the dealership I called the EPA, and I went to a DMV who both advised me that a dealership can transfer plates even if they’re up for renewal soon and there are just a few other steps that need to be taken. The woman from EPA told me that I should find a new dealership. I then contacted another dealership and explained our situation to them. They said it wouldn’t be a problem. There’s some extra paperwork to complete on the dealer’s end, but they do it all the time.
I even called Lexus of Orland after I inquired more about the plates, and they weren’t backing down on their ongoing lie.
Lexus of Orland is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. When we were at the dealership trying to figure out the plate situation, Junior Alvarez and Bob Vittorio crowded around us clicking their pens and yelling that we were not going to pass emissions with our trade-in anyways. They kept repeating this, and my mom and I had enough. Not only was this behavior juvenile from staff members who claim to be managers, but it was utterly unprofessional. I kept telling them we were leaving, and they kept pushing us to stay and finally came clean that they just needed to make the sale since it was the end of the month.
My mom called Alexs today to cancel the deposit she put down and he responded that they sold the car yesterday anyways. I found this comical because they still had my mom’s deposit, and on the transaction receipt it states that the deposit is only canceled when the purchaser requests their money back. This brings me back to them all being liars. I called the dealership and gave the girl at the front desk the VIN number of the vehicle my mom had on hold, and it turns out the vehicle was not sold yesterday and it is still on the lot. I could’ve even left my number and a sales manager would’ve called me back to go see the vehicle. I then called the dealership to ensure that my mom will be receiving her money back. Junior Alvarez called me back shortly after and attempted to intimidate me which is harassment.
Please do not waste your time or money at this dealership and go to a place that will value your business.

Nice employees, clean waiting lounge... but be ready to wait for almost 2 hours for a simple oil change.

I went to Lexus Of Orland Park today to price out some parts for my Lexus and was assisted by Mike whom was rude and very disinterested in assisting me. I explain to Mike that I wanted to confirm pricing and parts for my car . Mike came back with a list and the only thing that he wanted to make clear to me was that one of the parts that I was inquiring about was $1751.95 which he repeated 3 times and it seemed as though he did so either because he felt that I would not be able to afford the part or to intimidate me from asking further questions. I pointed out to Mike that the name that was on order was not my name and his reply was that “I had to put something there” he never made eye contact with me or even bothered to ask me for my name. I have owned multiple Lexus vehicles and I have serviced them at this location but he didn’t even bother to ask and proceeded to be short and vague when answering questions that I asked. I believe Mike treated me this way because he either didn’t feel comfortable dealing with people of my ethnicity or because I was wearing workout clothing because it was my day off . Either way it is unacceptable to treat people with such disrespect. I live close to this dealership however , I will be driving further to a dealership or dealer group that has values and don’t have a culture of mistreating its customers based off how the look or their personal feelings about certain ethnicity. Furthermore he took the time to carve out the part numbers on the invoice which seemed to me to be very shady business practice. When I asked why this was done he said “it’s company policy “ . This is very deceptive and very questionable especially a when he couldn’t even enter my name correctly or even bother to correct it when I brought it to his attention.
