What a gem of a place! Lana and LaBelle instantly made me feel like family and designed me the most exquisite engagement ring. I am satisfied with my custom e-ring upgrade from LaBelle. It is gorgeous, and I’m very happy with it, which is the most important thing. However, a crucial thing to know going into the custom design process is that the CADs don’t have any measurements at all. I did a ton of research prior to upgrading, and I’ve seen countless CADs and wax molds of custom ring designs that included these details, so the fact that this jeweler does not offer that (and plays it off as normal) is very worrying. As the consumer, it’s really hard to know what you’re getting without any measurements displayed. We ended up having to redo the first design because these details were glossed over during the initial consultation and I would not have known these things had I not been asking questions. Thankfully, I had no qualms about my final design once it was created and again, it turned out beautifully, but this is a huge oversight in the design process for buyers who need access to this information and are paying good money for a sentimental piece. Overall, I absolutely love my ring, but I feel like certain aspects of the entire process could have been more thorough.

Labelle Jewlery store is by far the Best than all the rest. After shopping around to probably 15 stores I stopped when I came to LaBelle. Rulla and Lana are so well educated on EVERYTHING diamonds and jewelry. I was looking for a specific diamond that is rather new. A criss cut emerald diamond. No one knew what I was asking for. Well instead of looking at me like I had 2 heads they professionally looked it up and said yes we can order that for you!!!!! I am now the owner of the most beautiful ring EVER! Lana was the best sales person. She was never pushy, she let me decide what.I wanted. Gave me a few days to figure things out! Please no need to go ANYWHERE ELSE! LaBelle should be your go to Jeweler! I have used them for small things before and that’s why I remembered to go there….. I forgot to mention that. I was treated the same. Weather spending $500 or $10,000. Thank you Lana and Rulla.

Came in with an engagement ring that had stones missing because another jeweler resized it wrong. I went to 2 jewelers and they said they can’t replace them. LaBelle Jewelers assured me that it can be fixed and gave me a very reasonable price as well. I was a bit nervous leaving the ring but the employees were so sweet and made sure I was informed about the process. The ring was also fixed the very next day and looks like nothing happened to it ! If you have any issues with your jewelry this is the place !!!

This is hands down the BEST Jewelry & Repair business you'll find. I researched other jewelry stores and based on reviews chose Labelle Jewelry & Repair to custom make a ring. Turnaround time was not long at all and on the day of pick up I was floored- lost for words!!! The ring is absolutely beautiful!!! They listened, asked questions, gave insight & made a flawless ring that I will wear forever. This business definitely has it all together. From the moment I walked in, it's true, I was treated like family, and the customer service is above & beyond. Also, their jewelry is to die for. I will definitely be back to make other purchases. My fiance purchased my engagement ring from LaBelle Jewelers and he said it was the most amazing experience working with Lana. I love my ring. It is very well made and exactly how I wanted it to look! I recently went in for the first time to purchase our wedding bands and when I walked in Lana recognized me immediately. She took the time to give me her opinion and help me shop and I am so glad I decided on the bands that I did. They are gorgeous! Every time I stop into the store, they clean my ring and you can just tell they care about making sure you are happy. The master jeweler is very skilled at what he does. I wouldn't want to purchase our wedding bands or my ring from anywhere else.

My fiancé and I had an absolutely amazing experience working with LaBelle on creating custom engagement rings for each other! We even decided to get custom wedding bands created by them as well and they did NOT disappoint! They were able to create exactly what I imagined. Quality and customer service was also amazing. We are OBSESSED with our rings and we will definitely be coming back for our future jewelry needs!

Absolutely perfect experience with LaBelle Jewelers! I searched for 50+ hours on loose stones to understand the 4 C’s but still could not make a choice on which diamond. So I decided to call LaBelle and go into the store. The second I walked into the store I felt comfortable when Rula greeted me. She was extremely knowledgeable and made the OVERWHELMING process of buying an engagement ring, so much easier! I actually ordered a stone and picked out a band the same day and in 2-3 weeks I had a fully customized, gorgeous engagement ring! Can’t say thank you enough to Lana as well, you’re both amazing to work with and I highly recommend everyone to use the LaBelle team!!

LaBelle Jewelers went far beyond our expectations in customizing the engagement ring of my dreams. At the beginning of the ring shopping process my fiancé and I were overwhelmed with looking at all the rings available online. Walking into this jewelers was the best decision we’ve ever made. As soon as we walked in, Rula was able to relieve all of our worries with all the patience she provided. Her collaboration process was truly outstanding. Through her thorough questions she was able to sketch up the details of what it was we wanted in a ring. My engagement ring is truly everything I ever wanted and more.
