This is a nice store for home decor. It's also laid out, so the displays are pleasing to the eye. It smells nice in the store, too.

they don’t update the website about inventory. you order stuff for pickup and get an order confirmation and everything but they are actually sold out.

I like Kirkland's but the ppl who shop there must have never heard of the phrase 'excuse me', or they imagine they can't hear it. Other than the lack of manners from the patrons, I give this place three stars.

Purchased a set of beautiful dishes. Kyle wrapped them carefully and boxed them for me. Very nice of him to go the extra mile to get the boxes. Customer service was great! Love this store!
