My child has truly blossomed when she came here! More words in her vocabulary and excited to see friends and teachers everyday! They’re all such a great staff and I can not thank them enough for all the thought and love they put in each day for my daughter especially Miss Melissa! I’m so happy with this center and forever grateful for all they do!

We have had our son there since he was 6mos. Melissa who is the Director was and is Absolutely Amazing. She Assured me he was in great hands. His teachers would let me know if they had any issues or if we needed supplies etc. It is always a great feeling when you drop him off and he's has a big smile on his face when he sees his teachers. He never cried going in til this day and he is 3 now. Over the last couple of years we discovered he has severe food allergies and they are on top of it, The cook is amazing she knows what he can and can't have and always asking for Updates. I would highly recommend having your child attend this Kindercare. Ms Tammy, Ms Sara Ms Jessica, Ms Haley, Ms Sierra, and anyone I may have missed Thank you for taking such great care of our boy.

If I could leave a zero I would. My child has been going to KinderCare since 2020 this was the second location this place is a disgrace Sue the teacher grabbed my son by the arm right in front of me almost pulled his arm out of the socket my son was crying/screaming I immediately took him out of the room and went straight into the directors office Melissa which I had spoke to her she disregarded everything I said very unprofessional the next day I went to the orland park police station they did nothing as well said I could not make a report which is insane I had talked to another teacher about the situation she laughed right in my face horrible so I got on every other waiting list after that they left my son in wet diapers for hours and hours they are rude abusive towards children I can’t imagine what they do to other kids I want people to know what my son went through Melissa is a horrible person she has children of her own and she lets this be done to other kids should not be a mother or a teacher her license should be taken away I’m still in the process of getting a lawyer I will be suing this place for a trauma, because my child in the emotional damage please be aware of this place please do not send your children to this KinderCare location should be shut down immediately abusive unprofessional.

Around January 2021, we realized that we needed child care for our 9.5m son. We were both working FT from home and couldn't give him the attention he needed. We were stressed and not being the best parents we could be, juggling everything on our plates. We looked at nanny's but given Covid, many wanted to be in their home, not ours. We did look at another daycare but I didn't feel comfortable. We finally talked to Melissa at KC-John Humphrey and gave it a try. To be honest I wasn't thrilled about the idea of a "commercialized" daycare. Melissa and all the staff/teachers are absolutely incredible. They made the transition easy. They even helped and accommodated as we transitioned our son from home purees to table food; from formula/BM to dairy milk/water. We saw so much growth and development in our lil guy after just a couple weeks. The app is great for communication and just seeing how our son's day is going/went. They are very diligent about children's health. Although it was hard, our son had to stay home a couple times because of sickness that had similar symptoms to Covid (but wasn't). I can appreciate the effort. I wouldn't want other kids to expose our son in the same situation. They followed up on his "sick days" just to check in on him. The ONLY reason we are leaving this center is because we're moving to Elgin. We've only been going to KCJH for about 5 months and will truly miss the team. They genuinely care about the children and families. On another note, our transition to an Elgin KC has been seamless as well. We look forward to the same caring staff up north. For all the new parents struggling decide to send your child(ren) to daycare in the OP area, send them to KCJH. You become a better parent because of the reduced stress/mental break and the child(ren) love it.

My children have gone to KinderCare since they were 3 months old. They are now 6 and 8 years old, and have had, and are still having such a great experience. From management, to the teachers, to the rest of the staff, they are all amazing to the kids and their families. My kids have learned so much, had great experiences, and have made best friends. We are forever grateful for our extended KinderCare family. I can't recommend them enough!

Kindercare has been a place that I have always had great memories from me as a child and now my son. I love the way it is structured for learning. But more than that Kindercare the John Humphrey location in Orland Park is a dream come true. As a new mom and relocating to a different state a safe learning environment was pertinent for my son. Now throw in a pandemic and racial tension and it made everything harder. As a parent I wanted to make sure my child went to a place where he learned and children looked like him as well as other races. My son was one that typically doesn't like going to new places, however, on day one when Ms Melissa the director came out to greet us and took my son from me I knew it was the place to be. She showed him so much love and care. She has been like that from day one and still continues. I appreciate all the staff there. Especially the assistant director and my son's teachers. I have seen a huge difference in my son learning. He also is always excited when I pick him up to share what he learned at school. Well as much as a two year can share! If you are looking for a good place to send your children. This is the place to go. I gladly recommend it to anyone looking for childcare.

This center is absolutely amazing! My son first started here at 12 weeks old, and I can say the staff is absolutely amazing and very accommodating! A little about my son is that we found out early on that he was allergic to dairy, peanuts, and eggs. Anything made with eggs or dairy he would break out in hives and his lips and eyes would puff up. Ms. Melissa is the center director would contact me right away to explain to me what was happening! The staff and Melissa were great when it came to handling those situations. She gave my son cuddles and love every chance she could. Anytime she walked into the room, my son would cry to go with her! She helped insure that my son would forever be in a safe environment. On holiday party days, she would buy my son special treats that had no eggs and dairy in it to ensure he could enjoy the party with his other classmates. I am forever grateful for all the love and attention she gave him. She goes above and beyond for all the children at that center, and try's to make sure all the children leave happy! Ms. Jen is the assistant director at the center and is absolutely amazing. She has been apart of the center for almost 9 years and knows the ins and outs of everything. She can answer any questions or concerns with ease and helps every way she can! For being a new mom in the beginning I would go to her for everything. My son would see Ms. Melissa and Ms. Jen and have the biggest smile on his face and even tried to say there names! This environment is so welcoming and filled with love and I wouldn't expect anything less. If you are looking for a center to go to this is a fantastic choice!

I brought my son her when he was about 2. They worked with us really well on his hearing impairment (he wears hearing aids) and had no issues here at all! They worked with us to make sure they could communicate with him including some of the teachers learned some ASL he had Denise as a teacher and she is hands down one of the best childcare workers I've ever worked with! They have always been so warm and welcoming to my family and offered such a wonderful safe learning environment for my child.

The facility & the staff here are amazing! My son has been coming here since he was 6months old and is now 4. He was born with vision impairment & let me tell you these teachers and this facility has gone above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable, loved, supported & accommodating every day lesson plans So my son can participate and is never left out of something. I am A single mother and we as parents know how hard it is to leave your children in the care of someone else. To be able to trust that those people will take care of your children. Trust that they will love & care for them as if they were their own. Well, if that's what your looking for kindercare in Orland Park is the perfect place for your child. Miss Melissa & Miss Jenn are beyond helpful with anything you need paperwork...questions...giving your kids treats or even just to talk. Miss Denise & Miss Leah are just some of the amazing teachers they have that will welcome your kids into their classroom with arms wide open! These staff members are not just my sons teachers or office ladies these people have become my sons family. This facility is his second home! So thank you all at kindercare for always going above and beyond for my son no matter his disability! For always making him feel like he can do anything in this world and that the sky is the limit! For making me feel comfortable knowing my son is in great hands everyday! You guys are a blessing and I would recommend this facility to any parent who not only want their child to have a great education, but who wants their child to have a second place they can call home. Thank you all! Erin. E

STAY AWAY: Having gone to this daycare for several years, we are very disappointed in the current leadership. The center director, Mellissa is horribly incompetent and a horrible communicator. She lacks the ability to keep staff on because the center is continuously bringing in new teachers. Also, the text or call us all day long. They do this to many parents. WE HAVE WITNESSED CHILD ABUSE HERE. We have reported it to the district manager, Gina. On more than one occasion and it was swept under the rug. It is to the point where I spend many hours a day on the phone with disgruntled parents because of how unprofessional the leadership at this school is. It has been pushed to the point where we are initiating a DCFS investigation and having to seek legal counsel due to the discrimination and harassment that has been documented several times. When we presented the harassment to the above parties they were in seve. STAY AWAY!

Kindercare is like a second family-our daughter has been here two years, since she was 15 weeks old. The circulum has taught her so much and she loves her teachers and friends.
