Had a oil change and tire rotation appointment at 10:20 AM. At 1:10 I finally walked out to service Mgr.area and found no one there, but saw my service papers with keys laying on the desk. How long they were there I do not know.
Almost three hours and no notification. Not happy.

I have been to other Ford dealerships to receive service to find out later it was not done. Did not receive paperwork once they were done Joe RZA is the best dealership I have been to in a long time they do what they supposed to do and give you the paperwork at the end stating everything that they’ve done to your car if I could give them a 10 I would

I had an issue with a 2023 Lincoln that I purchased from another Lincoln dealer which when brought to their attention they dismissed it and told me I would have to figure it out myself. I then called and spoke with Jessie at Joe Rizza and he said bring it by and we will take a look. I did that and he and David said they could absolutely take care of the problem and scheduled a time for it to be done. I have had excellent communication and service and highly recommend Joe Rizza Lincoln Service Department!

Very pleased with the customer service from Joe Rizza Lincoln Dealership. Jordan found the perfect vehicle for me and worked to make sure I drove away in it! Jordan and his manager John were amazing! Excellent service department. Was greeted immediately. Service tech went over what service I requested, the approximate costs and amount of time or the service to be completed. hedirectd me to the waiting area and took to provide me with an update on the progress. The service department was very clean and organized. It was a pleasure being there.
