My experience with their service department was not one I care to experience again. I asked that they check an issue with the display on my vehicle and provide me with an estimate. After doing so, they caused the display to not be able to power off completely that factored in with my battery dying out over night. I was told I would be compensated for the road side assistance cost (I provided the receipt), but never was compensated.

The buying process was easy it's the service department I'm having issues with. 3 times I've tried to bring my Lincoln in for service and get a loaner and 3 times I have not been able to. Lincoln offers a pick up and drop off service and in the beginning I had no issues getting that service but unfortunately things have changed. I was told when I purchased the car that if I'm willing to drive to Orland Pork to purchase the car they would be willing to drop off a loaner to Crown Point where I now live. My check engine light went on and they told me I could have a loaner in 3 weeks or I could rent a car and pay for it. One time they picked up my car at work, texted me what time they would drop off my car and an hour later they called stating there was nobody to bring my car back so it was 3 days before I could get my car back. I called a Lincoln dealer by me and they are picking up my car and dropping off a car within 4 days of me calling them. I've never been there before but they were more than happy to help me out. I will definitely be buying my next car at Art Hill since I already know their service department is willing to help me out in a time of need.

There was no option for ZERO STARS! so I had to pick one star just to do the review. I bought my 2018 Ford Escape at the end of 2018 with a cashiers check of $25K. After a year, and having it serviced regularly by this dealership, consequently, someone left the antifreeze cap off and it wasted all into the engine. Because the car was on the warranty-they had to repair it. Keep in mind I never went to another auto mechanic shop while I had the car; the dealership has done all services on my car, including their unnecessary recommendations. There was a recall on my vehicle that involved the transmission. Now there is a problem with my transmission after they supposedly fixed the recall. Also, I had them perform their unnecessary recommendation, and now, 2 months later, there is a rattling sound coming from the engine. Now, they told me I have to spend well over $7100 to get my car fixed for a $200 part among other things. That's absolutely ridiculous and deceitful. Also, they stole the engine cover to my car and replaced it with an old one from someone else's vehicle. The service manager said as long as it fits your engine...it's okay. No it's not okay. I'm not letting this go and will take this up further with legal action. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES AND/OR HAVE IT SERVICED AT THIS PLACE. You will be disappointed.

Epidemy of sleezy cars salesmen. Beware of bait and switch with online pricing! Online pricing doesn't reflect marked up sticker price.

"Joe Rizza - 2022 Lincoln Nautilus Black Label" I just leased a 2022 Lincoln Nautilus, "Black Label" edition from Joe Rizza Lincoln in Orland Park. The selection and purchase experience was extremely pleasant and totally stress free. Sales consultant, Joe Gio was knowledgeable, informative, and helpful in securing the exact vehicle I wanted. Gary Precin, Dealership Manager engineered the numbers to get by far the most competitive pricing package I found after diligent research and comparative shopping. Most importantly, unlike many other dealerships, they treated me with courtesy, respect, and dignity throughout the entire selection, sales, and delivery process. I like many, prefer to have a "hands on" interactive experience when making large, important purchases. Thanks to Joe Rizza Lincoln for making "in person" car buying a pleasurable, fulfilling, and satisfying experience. Frank Bertucci

Lincoln need a recall air bag installed. Made appointment, I called a day before appointment, they never ordered parts. They said they would call when parts came in, 4 weeks later I called, and they said they needed to order parts. I asked why they didn't already do that from the last time, and then they found the parts. Dropped car off at 8am, called for pickup at 3pm. Said their was an animal nest on engine, and that they cleaned it off and changed the air filter. $70 charge for that, and nest was still on engine and air filter was not changed... Inspect the work they say they do before you leave!

I wish I can give negative 5 stars!!! purchased a new $40,000+ SUV in 2017 for my wife, the vehicle just turned 13 months old. NOT ONE employee from Rizza Ford ever called me to ask me anything about my vehicle, no thank you card or ANY contact after I signed the paperwork, WOW, unbelievably Horrible Customer service and follow-up. Well I just retired and am looking to start a cycle of leasing for me on an Explorer or Edge, GUESS where I'm not going?? RIZZA THATS RIGHT!! Buyer BEWARE, Rizza will kiss your but to get the sale then after you take delivery they delete you from their database!!!! I guess they got too big to care about customers, SAD, VERY SAD. I was going to call Joe Rizza but for what, obviously he don't over see his dealership, there's many Ford dealers out there so I'll give my $$$$ to a dealership who truly cares, bye bye Rizza.

Had my 2013 MKT towed here when it had trouble starting. They would not work on the vehicle without a $500 authorization when the vehicle was under warrantee. I then spoke with David (mgr) of the Service department whom was condescending and yelled through the whole conversation. Refused to break down why the 500 was needed or why it was necessary beyond "we are a business and we need to be paid." The car was towed again to another dealership to be worked on. I will never do business with Rizza again. You should think twice, there are better dealerships out there.
