I recently purchased my 2nd vehicle at Rizza Acura in Orland Park Spring 2023. The experience was not the same the 2nd time around. I traded in my 1st vehicle and that vehicle was sold to auction in the state of Wisconsin with the plates still on the vehicle. Now I am getting citations from Milwaukee and risk suspension of my license because the plates were not properly destroyed as I had been informed. I am now left to figure this out as I have yet to receive a call back from the GM Mr. Pat Dazzo. This is not good customer service and seems to be be an avoidance. I would not recommend doing business with them as this is not acceptable and very unprofessional. This is not how you build mutual relationships.

Great shopping and purchase experience. Highly recommend our salesperson Vince Ventrella. Vince made the experience very pleasant along with the General Sales Mgr. Tony Adaska. Wife and I love our Acura MDX.

This has been one of the best car purchase experiences I've had. The salesman, finance manager and store manager were great. They didn't play the unpopular "dealer tactics," it was as straightforward as it can be. Nobody pushed me to oversell, or nothing of that nature. I will be visiting them for a complementary oil change.

Found the car online. Elizabeth was great to work with. I set my expectations and her and the team exceeded them. It was fast and painless. Drove away with an Acura MDX that I love.

I would give it 0 stars if I could! I’ve been looking at the tlx & integra for a while I wanted to come see both in person, when I asked Jim about the 2 & the 2024 that I saw was available on their website I was treated as if “I didn’t know what I was talking about” and that the 2024 is not out! I didn’t feel comfortable at all!I ended up going to the westmont location & I’m glad I did! Everyone there was so welcoming the staff was amazing & answered all of my questions & I also got to test drive the 2024! Denise helped me so much & I’m glad I got to meet her after a friend’s recommendation!

Brought my TLX in for Paintless dent repair. Picked it up 5 hours later with scratches where the 2 door dings were removed…. They tried to fix it but still have a scar on my 3 month old vehicle. Customer service was nice though, I didn’t like that they don’t offer water bottles. I’ll just stick to oil changes ONLY from here

Rizza is an unreliable dealership no matter the make.Do not do business with any Rizza. Just terrible.Nora was so concerned, she still hasn't responded to my email. Just solidified my reviews.

I just picked up my 3rd car from Rizza Acura. These people are wonderful to work with. Everyone I worked with pleasant, professional and accommodating. Len Donnels has been my sales rep for all 3 vehicles. I won’t work with anyone else! He’s the best!!

My vehicle was brought in for a warranty issue and they broke another item in the process which they covered as another warranty item without admitting to the error. When fixing the 2nd item, they left a stain on the leather seat. Luckily most of it came off with a bit of elbow grease. The service department was once good but seemed to gone downhill in the last few years. Too bad, Acura produces great vehicles. A little pricey but good. I will be going back to another Acura dealership for service. A little inconvenient but may be worth it, especially if you keep your vehicles for a long time.
