What a dump. There’s boxes everywhere, beads scattered all over the floor in the bead section, things are all out of place, no kind of organization. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t seen a Lysol wipe in years especially the men’s because the women’s was out of order. So unbelievably dirty.

Why don't they have someone who can clean up a bit? We were in shock at the condition of the store and the bathrooms also. What a shame.

This store is COMPLETELY AWFUL. First off I saw on the Joann app that all the shirts I needed to get to make an order for a client was in stock at this location. Only to come into the store and see the entire shirt section completely mangled and destroyed. All the shirts were unfolded not in the right sections and to be honest with you it looked like a tornado went through this entire store. After I could not find my items I decide to go up to a worker and ask them if the in stock items are in the back or where to find them and the lady told me I should not trust the app because it’s not accurate. That is 100% not true as I use the app for other CLEANER and ORGANIZED Joann places and it is accurate. I just recommend everyone to go to a location where there is not lazy staff and it is not a pigsty

I love Joann's...this store, no matter what ALWAYS has the BEST selection of yarn. I know they have some issues they are working on, but compared to "others"
I always find what I want, style, color, weight...so many to choose from. The app is excellent and great with coupons and points...

This used to be an amazing store but when I went to pick up an order and look around I was so utterly dissapointed. There is no organization to anything, product scattered in iles making it so hard to walk and it looks like a bomb has dropped. No idea how to identify whos staff to ask for help either. I don't blame them, the company learned they can make more money by keeping a skeleton crew and that overworks what staff they do have, but its such a dissapointment to see a once great store fall to pieces.

This location is awful, things are on the floor, items with no prices or labels. There’s absolutely no one to ask for help and the online prices say items are on sale but in the store they don’t. I was unable to find someone to ask about the prices so I just left. The only person I saw as I was walking out was the one lady at the cash. Totally pathetic. This is the second time I go to this location prepared to make a purchase and then walk out with nothing.

I've been to this store about once a month this year for various projects. It always looks like a tornado went through it. Most of the employees have varying degrees of attitude. The worst is behind the fabric counter. To the woman behind the fabric counter that was rude to my mother yesterday. I see you, do it again and I can show you an attitude also.

The Orland Park location is a mess. I checked the website and the item I needed listed 6 in stock. Wasted time and gas only to fine the shelf empty. An employee that was putting away stock told me that they were very far behind putting up merchandise and they had to bring in other employees from different stores to help. I was told there was no way to locate the item because boxes were not marked. I have repeatedly found this store messy with items found in the wrong isle or spot. This location needs a new manager that has organizational skills so that this disheveled store can be cleaned up.

horrible customer service. was here on the 4th of dec at 915am. cashier was a dark haired lady who was incredibly rude to customers who had done nothing wrong. reconsider her as an employee! if I could leave 0 stars I would.
