Had my diamond tennis bracelet cleaned AND appraised, another ring re-sized, selected a GORGEOUS opal pendant and diamond-cut rope chain for a special birthday gift, AND had my birthstone ring cleaned… Sadly, a diamond fell out during the cleaning, but as Robin pointed out: Better in the cleaner than somewhere else! AND, he’ll have it repaired for me BY TOMORROW!!

Great place to shop. Great prices and really good at fixing jewelry. I took my Rolex to them to repair. He sent my watch to Rolex to have it fixed and it was $$$ cheaper. I have not had a problem in over a year with my watch. Great people!!!

Robin makes us feel like family. Robin was such a pleasure to work with! I was looking for an engagement band to match my ring, I told him what I was looking for and he was able to get me EXACTLY what I wanted and it matched my ring perfectly. He made the process so easy and painless and the prices are extremely reasonable. The other staff is also very pleasant and welcoming. I will definitely be back here for any future jewelry needs!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about Jewelry, Gems, and Designs. Robin was extremely personable and helpful right from the very beginning as I shopped for my fiancé’s engagement ring. He was very thorough when explaining the different options and really worked with the budget I had.
