I placed an online order a month ago and 2/3 of my order was never received. I requested a refund right away, and it was never received. I also contacted customer service and was told that they couldn't do anything because I already requested a refund... Nobody has been of help and I am truly disappointed!

Don't know what his problem is but I wish you would fire him!
Now Alec, in the same department is one of the most helpful people in your store and especially that department.

All customers you have to be careful they cheating by price when you pic the product from shelves as you know the price and when you coming to cashier big different amount price and when you asking why they has excuses the prices with coupon unbelievable this example they put price .49 cents for mango each when i am ar cashier charges me $2.55 cents for each you believe more $2 dollars by coupon and the cookies was $2.99 and on the front cashier was $5.99 and always by coupon big games any i report this store for authority same time customer service bit zero

Special shoutout to Chad in produce as he makes everyone’s day brighter. Excellent customer service he is a true asset to Jewel. Also Debbie a cashier is one of the best, super accurate no waiting, she is awesome. Actually your entire team are great, we customers appreciate all of you.

I visited this store a couple days ago. It's great. It's big, spacious, clean, and very nice. Had a pleasant interaction with an employee working at self checkout. I'd shop at this location more often if it was the closest one to me.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Especially the lady with the red hair. One of the other employees knocked over something and the bagger came and helped pick it up. Instead of asking 5he bagger politely again to continue bagging she was very rude and kept yelling at him to keep bagging. While he was helping the poor other lady who accidently bumped the seltzer water clean it up. Nothing was spilled and nothing was broken. But the lady behind customer service with the red hair needs an attitude adjustment..

Today I went shopping and the cashier who served me was stubborn, harassing me to take a soda promotion according to her, it was cheaper, I don't speak much English, I just wanted to pay and leave, I was in a hurry, I wasn't interested in any soda promotion, I had Hurry up, she and the woman who helped her pack repeated the same thing to me, one of her even told me that these times I wasn't here to lose money, if not, save the money" and she kept saying that I had to take advantage of the promotion, I felt harassed and Cornered, both of them talking to me at the same time and I know a little English, I just wanted to run away, I felt so uncomfortable, if I want to pay whatever it takes for something and not get the promotion, it's my decision, not that of the cashiers, they have to respect the customer. . They are terribly RACIST. I am Hispanic. I felt cornered and discriminated against, I left crying.

I just had an incident with a member of the bakery inside the Starbucks about 20 minutes ago. She walked over to another white lady and pointed at me, making mocking gestures. I might need to report this to corporate.
