Yet another overpriced Jewel. This store needs a real face lift; the flooring makes it look like an outdated store. Virtually no hot food, no sign of rotisserie chicken like other Jewels. Maybe the buyout by Kroger will help improve Jewel.

Best grocery store in the area. Always fully stocked and the employees are amazing. Store is clean and organized. Great deli and their grilled chicken is always fresh and delicious.

This has been my Jewel since it was built here. The pharmacy staff and Bob are excellent at what they do. Also I want a shout out to Susan in the deli. She has always been the kindest most friendly clerk at the deli. She always has a kind word and big smile. Thank you for making my day. Karen

I am very disgusted and disappointed in Jewel. In my case of Nestle water i purchased, I found what appeared to be a new born rodent (mouse or a rat). This case of water was sitting in my refrigerator for two days and I also took a bottle of water that day before work to come to find out my husband discovered the dead rodent when he opened the case to organize the waters in the fridge. Luckily, we both did not catch anything, but i am in complete shock and terrified from shopping at this specific location, I believe they have a rodent infestation if there's one baby there's plenty and two parents somewhere this is not from a manufacture otherwise it would of been bones or smelt like a decomposing animal. I lost all of my groceries that I just went and purchased to fill up my fridge for the month because I had to disinfect and sterilize my entire fridge from any disease. I bleached it for two days consecutively, and still feel unsanitary. I've shopped here for three years and live a couple blocks away. I've reached out to the store director but now I'm getting a phone call from an insurance company saying they reached out to Manufactures but really I think they need an inspection ASAP.

Employees are very nice and helpful. Bathrooms are horrible, you can smell the urine long before you enter the restroom area.

We just picked up a large bag of ice. What happened??? It used to be a nice round cube that didn't spill all over and easily separated! The quality of the bag we purchased is so bad. It's just pieces and shells of ice that were clumped together, the bag was not fully sealed and had a hole in it. I looked for one without a whole and could not find one on the top. Did not have any other option as I already paid for it at checkout.

Love this store,but i could not give it a five because some male employees either do not wear the proper mask and/or their noses are not covered. This is not a one time occurence. Also there seemed to be a lot of seniors waiting at the pharmacy.

The pharmaceutical team here is extremely slow and very disorganized. My medicine is never ready when I show up, even when I get a call or text that it is ready. It is frustrating and they either need to hire more people or organize themselves better!!!!!

I'm not one to complain, I once worked in a grocery store in addition to other retail locations so I know it's not an easy job at times. That being said...on today's date I purchased a hanging flower basket which I brought in with me from the outside curb area. After picking up two smaller items I went to the express lane. The cashier and bagger were just fine. However, an older woman approached who looked like a manager, picked up the flowers, and began sifting through them saying "oh these are so pretty." What she was really doing was insinuating I hid something inside them like a thief with the employees and several other customers are waiting behind me. My wife and I shop there at least twice a week but no more. You don't treat customers that way. Oh and by the way, I'm a police officer shopping there who just happened to stop a retail theft of alcohol WHILE SHOPPING THERE OFF DUTY a year ago. Peace out Jewel(s.)

It's my go to grocery store. Not the biggest, somewhere in the middle. Clean, friendly, attentive.
