Susan always provides me such a great experience when I visit this jewelry store. I'm very impressed with the less than 24 hour turn around time it took to repair a beautiful necklace that I purchased here at Jared. They cleaned the necklace so well that it looks brand new. I'm very glad that I bought the lifetime protection plan for the necklace. Susan also helped me select a fantastic pair of earrings for my wife. I am such a happy customer and am still very pleased with all the jewelry purchases I've made here for my wife. Thank you Susan!!!!
