The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Although, I was still in pain as this was my first visit I, felt better mentally because I had hope of good things to come after my initial examination.

I have had several sessions but had to take a long break due to some surgery i had. I came back today and felt just great seeing the doctors and staff who have helped. Most noticeable is my severe sciatica paid is gone! I had this since September, and it was so bad that I could not really do anything without extreme pain. My IHS staff gave me laser treatments, injections, spine decompression and chiro adjustment. All of this worked to get rid of the pain and I do feel improvement in my lower back too. I still have several sessions to go but am ery pleased with the results thus far.

I have been going to Integrative Health for about a year now. Dr. Miriam and Dr. Mimi are outstanding! They have helped me a great deal with my gallbladder issues and have helped me get on track with supplements I should be taking. The adjustments I receive are so beneficial. Hanan at the front desk is such a pleasure! She is always in a good mood and takes her time to help schedule appointments and make sure each person is taken care of. She has also even kept watch of our two small children so my husband and I could get adjusted. They are all truly the best!

I searched for help after my car crash . And have been coming here ever since . That was almost 5 years ago . I got adjusted While being pregnant and I have brought my child to get adjusted . This place is underrated . Everyone here is lovely and works miracles . I always walk out feeling like a new person . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I started seeing Dr. Mimi and Dr. Miriam around 24 weeks pregnant for sciatic and lower back pain. Prior to chiropractic, I was limping by the end of my work day as a nurse. I am now back to moderate exercise thanks to the wonderful team at Integrated Health Solutions. Their support staff is wonderful (shout out to Hanan). The flexibility with my work hours is very appreciated as well. I can’t say enough about the care I have received with this group and will continue to be seen throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey.

I had a very good experience at Integrated Health Solutions...the name speaks for it self ...Dr. Miriam is very good at what she does and she gives you Health Solutions to the root cause of your problem....she & her staff are very knowledgeable and kind...Dr. Miriam was very gentle with me...I felt relaxed ,comfortable and I trusted her skills and services she provided on me and for me..she also teaches as she works on you telling you all about the body and how to treat it as she places her hand directly on the spot that hurts Amazing!...I will definitely return and I recommend anyone who needs some good physical therapy and chiropractic services to come here!
