Took my SUV in for an oil change and it was completed fairly quickly! I dropped the vehicle off and could have actually stayed in the area! The text update was received less than 1 1/2 hours later!

Bought a q50 2 weeks ago and its already making weird noises so i went here to ask if they have ever worked on a car that was making a similar sound, i didnt need them to get the car in the air on anything just had a few simple questions for the service department and the guy working the desk rudely told me they wouldnt help me unless i paid $220 to get the car inspected followed by a snarky “time is money”. Youd think theyd be more helpful after spending 30k on a car and having problems already. Couldnt even spare 2 minutes. Would not recommend this infiniti dealership.

It was nice experience at Infinity of Orland Park while purchasing my dream SUV QX60.My client advisor/Salesperson Natalia Haq was awesome. She made all my car purchase experiences, wonderful. She has helped me in the extended way.Overall it’s great experience and would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends, colleagues.

Hi everyone!I was undecided which car to buy, lucky me I walked into Ziegler of Orland Park and find Natalia Haq, in my opinion she sets high standards for future Car Sales persons (Client advisors)She made it easy for me to find what I was looking for!I didn’t feel the pressure of buying a new car, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained every function or the vehicle I was test driving, guided me through the whole process from test driving, negociación, financing all the way until delivery of the vehicle!She was There to answer any questions and make sure everything goes as smooth as posible!!Thanks NATALIA HAQ!

We just purchased a Infiniti from this dealership . We worked with Nathan Hackett . Nathan was professional and knowledgeable . He is considered a novice in the industry as being less then a year but I will say he knew more then most seasoned salespeople . He was not pushy at all ,I had a lot of stipulations and he was very patient . I would give Nathan’s name to anyone who wanted to purchase a vehicle and not feel pressure . Well done Nathan!

When trying to figure out if I wanted to buy the Infiniti Q60, Victoria from this dealership helped me realize why I needed to have it. She was helpful when it came to asking questions and receiving the answers I needed. All in all, she was a great help during the process of buying the Q60 and she was nice through it all. Very professional work and straight to the point and just like that, I own my Q60. I would definitely come here again in the near future.

Don't buy an Infiniti from them, they do not stand behind their products. Made the mistake of buying a new 2023 QX60 in March and they delivered it with the check engine light on. Took it to the dealership and they claim the 02 sensor was chewed up by a rodent and it is not covered under warranty. Obviously if that's the case, it happened while the vehicle was sitting on the dealer lot for months before i bought it. Infiniti of Orlando Park manager said sorry, there's nothing we can do. Never will I buy another Nissan/Infiniti product again, stay away!

Buyers Beware... Game Playing Dealershipm- Buyers Be AWAREI went into this Dealership to test drive a QX50...the salesperson (John P) bought out the keys to the QX60 as well I test drove the QX60 first then we test drove the QX50... I also test drove the Nissan Pathfinder...the QX60 won out. 1. I asked the salesman on Friday 05/19 for total pricing says he was trying to work it down - it was 3k over my level of comfort and he wanted to try to get it closer. No contact, no response from Friday through Tuesday 5/23.2. Again, I texted the Salesman for a total price on 5/23 - No change from the price offered on Friday 5/19. I asked for the price in writing (base price - fees and taxes) along with the VIN# so I could get the insurance quote. No response from Ziegler of Orland Park at all. - salesman nor manager3. On Thursday 5/25/23. I received an email from Brittany (Internet Sales) - Her name has been mentioned in other reviews so this seems to be a regular occurance - offering the car at an affordable price in writing on Ziegler's letter head and telling me to come in, this was at 9am. I told her I could be there by 10:30 am. Asked her to confirm the price, model and color...she did and provided the stock #18083 in writing. I looked it up on Ziegler's website. It was the car that I wanted. I called the salesperson - John P. to be sure he would be there....and to confirm a time. - no response. I sent an email requesting a time and then...4. I spoke with John P (salesperson) on 5/25/23 at 12noon and was told that Brittany gave me the wrong pricing and that the manager was NOT going to honor the pricing. John P. adjusted the price quoted to me in writing... UP by $1.2k up from what was quoted in the email from Brittany and I was told that that was the best offer his manager would approve. They do not honor what they promise and advertise. He said I didn't qualify for some incentives. There was NO mention of incentives in Brittany's email. She provided the base price +taxes and fees....and told me to come in....in multiple emails, no mention that I needed to qualify for any incentives.At this point I was willing to continue with the cash purchase. I set an appt with John P. I arrived as scheduled at the dealership ready to close the deal.... after waiting 2 hours was told that the car was in an accident on a remote lot and was no longer available. No visuals, no pics, just a text message from a mysterious contact. Also if I had a appt to purchase, why was it on a remote lot and not prepped tfor purchase. Sadly I told my sister before we walked in I expected them to say that the car was sold. I guess unavailable for any reason = unavailable to me.The car that I wanted is still on their website showing available for purchase today 05/29/23, SAME STOCK#. If the car was truly damaged, no effort (that I'm aware of) has been made to find the car that I requested at any other location. They also have another (different interior color) no offer of that one.The salesperson provided a $50 Zelle for my trouble. I came for a car - What a waste of a week. It should never be this difficult...Lack of integrity is alive and well.This experience has been an emotional rollercoaster. Very FRUSTRATING.Try to find another dealer.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my Q60 last week. It was a spur of the moment visit later in the evening and everyone including Victoria and Tony, were great to work with. The process was to the point and swift. Very professional team. I would purchase another vehicle from this dealer.
