Make sure you ask about how they treat their customers after vehicle is out of warranty. Do they really care about your satisfaction with what they want you to believe is a higher end vehicle? Do they really care to address issues that make no sense as to why their top of the line failed? Or do they just want your money? I am not an acceptable percent of unhappy customers. They just don’t care!

I went car shopping for the last month. Finally found the car I wanted, but was told (from another dealer) that I couldn't afford new and I should buy their certified preowned car when I really wanted it new. I knew it would be very close to my budget so I went to a separate Infiniti store in Orland, where I met Ross. He was very straight forward - no bullshit type of guy. His knowledge of their fleet was exceptional. He explained things to me and if I didn't understand something, would patiently explain it again. Top notch guy. Moe, the Sales Manager was incredibly helpful as well. I drove away, that day, with a new Infiniti, within my budget. Would HIGHLY recommend and will be re-visiting for all future purchases.

Huda, in particular, was amazing. From the moment we started working together, she went above and beyond. What really stood out to me was her patience—she never once made me feel rushed or pressured. I never felt like Huda was trying to upsell me or push me towards something I wasn't comfortable with. Her patience and kindness made the whole process so much easier and stress-free.

This dealership offers a lot of great deals and options. On the other hand, our salesman Dan was horrible and very disrespectful, the minute we declined the paint guard treatment they try to sell to customers he started rolling his eyes and blowing smoke out of his ears. He refused to honor the 1000 discount that we have received in the email from Ziegler and hang up the phone on us when questioned him about that. I feel a dealership that size with multiple locations should have better training and better customer service
We will report the false advertisement to the Better Business Bureau!
