The Orland Park location has had nothing but problems since switching from TCF to Huntington. Extremely slow service. ATM’s constantly out of service. Disappointing to say the least. I will be looking for a new bank.

My mom was there this week and the teller shahd refused to take her identification when shes been there multiple times before. They said her drivers license was expired. They treated her differently for no reason. This is the second time this has occurred with this location and she will no longer be coming here. She went to the dmv to get her license renewed to find out it's not even expired yet! Why was she refused help is beyond me. Reached out to the branch manager and he hasn't gotten ahold of me. Unprofessional. Btw she went to another bank (this same branch) the same day and they helped. Took her ID no problem.

Not all remarks are for this location. The entire Huntington Bank organization is so customer service backwards. I was a TCF customer for 30 years. They weren’t perfect. I was content working with them. Huntington Bank representatives make you feel like your money is their money and you can get access to it if you jump through their hoops. And then maybe and only maybe you can access it. In just 6 months I’ve experienced more problems with Huntington Bank than my entire banking life. NOW NO ZELLE SUPPORT. I cannot use Zelle for 5 to 7 business days??? Huntington Bank knows NOTHING ABOUT BUSINESS. I’m moving my business to Fifth Third Bank.

I was a part of this bank for a short time after TCF closed and I quickly closed my accounts once realizing how terrible this bank is. They’re very short staffed and going to this bank to do anything is always a day trip so clear your schedule.

Needed to go inside. Show up at 2pm. Door is locked no one is answering. Wait 20 minutes in drive through for them to tell me they can only assist me inside when they are open. She says Lobby now closes at 1pm!! They are the only branch in the area. Very disappointed.

I had the best experience at this branch opening a checking account for my minor age son. Noelle was very patient and thorough in explaining to my 17 year old how the account works and how to set up direct deposit. She spoke to him directly and did not treat him like a child. It made his first experience with a bank a very positive one. Thank you
