pandora davis is extremely rude and unprofessional. she booked my appointment for this year in advance since i got my taxes done by her last year and i had to cancel this years appointment, twice. i will never be returning. i was left truly disturbed by her behavior last year. i told her i do freelance modeling and she looked me up and down and said “you a model?”. extremely unprofessional and downright rude demeanor throughout the entire process . she also did not seem like she knew what she was doing and did not explain the process to me whatsoever even though i had informed her it’s my first time getting my taxes done professionally and wanted to learn about the process. i used turbotax this year and it was MUCH easier and less harrowing than being accosted by someone with a bad attitude. cannot speak on other employees here but pandoras behavior was completely unacceptable and left me unnecessarily scared for this years tax season.

Iwona is awesome ... She knows her stuff ... I've been going to her for our tax needs since 2010 ... She is a Master of her Craft and a Complete Sweetheart. This yr, she is in the office on Thursdays ... But call and DBL check ... Her shifts may change during the tax season ...

I've been going to H&R Block for years this year I went the women doing my taxes was in a hurry she messed up my Marketplace form my wife had to go back 3 times to finally get it right... they charged me 395 dollars witch is a total rip off!! then without me knowing they took ALL of my state refund because it hit firs! well because of there total incompetent work they took out there money well last time I use them ever again !!!! they are a bunch of crooks..
