Had a bad experience at this location tonight. Teenage girl at the register charged me more than supposed to and added additional charge for the paper bag I didn’t want to. When confronted about it she became rude and ignorant.So be careful and double check what you’re paying for at Orland Park H&M!

This location has a ton of great offers and variety in their selection. Every time i go here, i always find myself leaving with something i did not think i needed, but could not pass up on the price. I also like that it is in the mall. It provides easy access for me to get all my shopping done in one location.

Big store but small men's selection. Couldn't find more than 1 pair of joggers on the rack. There was some good clearance deals but found the men's selection very limited.

They close the men’s dressing room more than two hours before closing, when people are still getting there after work. I've worked in customer service and I understand trying to get a jump start on your close, but shutting it down at 5:50 when you close at 8 is ridiculous. When I asked an employee why, they (male) gave me a rude, dismissive, and condescending reply that I did not appreciate. The manager on duty then took took the employee's side, and took zero accountability for this person's rudeness. Been going to H&M for years; I definitely will not be going back to this one. I wonder how many other people have dealt with this and haven't said anything.
