The customer service at the Orland location is by far superior. Abel and Lisa are very attentive, knowledge, and provided top notch service
While coming in to get service for jewelry, they both were very helpful with picking out enhancements. They did not rush me or try to make me buy things I did not want. Great service and thanks for calling your customers.

Sandy was AMAZING! she was so fun to talk to while getting my jewelry cleaned. She also helped me buy a watch for my fiancé. She was so knowledgeable of all the products and helped us choose the perfect one for him. She was just the best!

Such amazing people that work for Helzberg. I will never go anywhere else. In 2021, my fiance walked into Kay's looking for an engagement ring and was told he couldn't afford anything there and walked across to Helzberg and was so kindly helped with a beautiful engagement ring. I will never go anywhere else for Jewelry! Lisa thank you wo much for helping match up my ring for our wedding!!!!
