I have been seeing Dr Lentzou and Dr Kim for years and they are wonderful! They truly care about you and will do anything to see that you get well! They listen to you and they never rush you! They are just the best! I saw their new doctor, Dr Malinowski(sp?)a few weeks ago! What a great addition! She was very thorough and very friendly! She spent a lot of time with me and I appreciated that! Just terrific doctors and great people!

I have been so sick this year going to dozens of doctors, the ER over 40 times etc etc and no one could tell me what’s wrong and no one took the time with me. I recently had my first visit here and Dr. Kim was so great. His energy was awesome, he was so thorough in explaining the surgery I had had and how my organs were looking. He let me talk and ask plenty of questions. I cried after this visit. Anyone who has been through months of feeling unheard and casted away will understand what I’m saying and finding a doctor who connects right away is a true blessing!

What in the name of all things holy is going on there? You can only leave a message and hope they call you back. If you get a voicemail, it doesn’t tell you when they ARE open. Just bizarre to me. Just feels like such run around. I don’t have time to call and call and leave messages and talk to services and hope they get back to me. Just so much frustration. I don’t care what Google says, just bc it says they are open doesn’t mean you’ll get a hold of anyone. And when we do come in, you have to ask to see the doctor. The nurse practitioner is nice enough and maybe he even knows more than the doctor. But if you are charging the insurance for a one hour doctor visit (we all know no one sees anyone for an hour anymore) then I’d like to know she’s at least in the building.

I'm in the process of trying to get life insurance so my family is taken care of if something were to happen to me. I was instructed to reach out to the office to see if they received the request form from the underwriter. I called twice as they had not received the request yet. The woman that answers the phone was rude, sarcastic and off put by my inquiry into this very important matter. I can't believe how unprofessional she spoke to me. Once I'm through with this process, I will never go back to that office.

I have recently started seeing Dr. Moira McQullian at Healthonomic Primary Care in their Palos Heights location. She is a thorough, thoughtful and very easy to talk to physician. The whole team is supportive and motivated by ensuring my peace of mind and health. They have three locations, labs and a variety of specialized treatments. 5 star!

My experience was excellent here. Today was my first appointment and everything went very smoothly. I was able to complete insurance and my health history prior to my appointment because they text you a link. The waiting room was clean. The office staff were actually nice and very prompt on checkout with paperwork I needed. The nurse who did my bp was very nice. Then the nurse practitioner came in and did a full history with me and took notes of all my concerns. Then Dr. Lentzou came in and she was great. Right to the point. I didnt have to go to another location for blood work. They have one right on site. I go back in two weeks to follow up with results. Overall great doctors office and staff.

Dr. Lentzou is a wonderful PCP! I had my first appointment with her, and she made me feel so comfortable and understood right off the bat. She is personable and genuinely cares about her patients and their wellbeing.

I’ve been coming here for years, as well as the rest of my family. We absolutely love Ryan- he is very easy to talk to and thorough.The office always gets back to you right away regarding labs and follow up.

It was a little bit of a wait but the quality of care was excellent. All my questions and concerns were addressed and nothing was rushed. I finally found a doctor that truly cares about my wellbeing. I highly recommend Dr. Salvia.
