I walked into Grand Appliance knowing what I wanted but my sales associate answered all my questions in regard to it. The delivery men were great. Very easy purchase all the way around. I would highly recommend Grand Appliance.

Just go to ABT. You can search if your item is in stock and then pick it up in one hour or schedule free delivery! They beat Grand's pricing, they have fantastic customer service and wow the product selection is unlimited!!!!

Bill was great and very knowlegabe helping me through the process of placing a long distance order by phone at a competitve price. The 4 out of 5 stars regards two items concerning price. On price match, I understand the item must be in stock at the competitor. With the the thought of hearing Grand touting a message that basically says "we can't be beat", well I found 2 sources that significantly do, but unfortunately Costco's warehouse that serves the delivery location was out of stock. They INCLUDE delivery/install/and haulaway AND add a 2nd year to the warranty. After tax, the total was $177.88 less than the total price I got from Bill after your $100 rebate. The 2nd source was Appliance Factory Warehouse that offered the LG range for $2199.88 vs. $2345.00 w/o the extras but the nearest Indiana location (Terre Haute) was too far away from the delivery location. I would like to point out that I believe Bill worked the price down a bit when on the phone I discussed a Best Buy price I found, so props to him for that! The 2nd item for the 1 star deduction regards the store rebate. Yes, having that to offer is a big help in attempts to have the better price, but at the same time that requires shuffling and extra "work" for the customer. It would be nice to see simply the lower price to begin with and avoiding the aftermath activity of dealing with a rebate...just saying. So bottomline, I am a happy, satisfied customer, but within this feedback am suggesting that eliminating rebates and monitoring competitors more closely might truly make Grand legitimately say "Why look anywhere else?" My visit to Grand Appliance in Orland Park left me thoroughly disheartened by the subpar customer service. No one approached me, and when I finally sought assistance, I was met with a dismissive demeanor. It's regrettable to encounter such a lack of enthusiasm in a customer service role. I've decided not to return and can only hope that they can thrive with a limited customer base, sparing others from a similar experience.

I am very disappointed in the customer service. They don't call you back. Or they call a week later and leave their number but never answer it. Promise you a rebate on your appliance but the the appliance manufacture says it dose not qualify for a rebate. No one will call you back to talk about it. I think they know there is no rebate. They just say that to make the deal. I think Grands Appliance should cover this rebate. Just very bad customer service!!

Customer service is terrible. I purchased a microwave and a dishwasher from them both needed service. I called and left a message which said they would return my call. It took over a week. No callback. So I went into the store and talked to a man at the desk who said I would need to deal with the warranty company, and he proceeded to give me a phone number, which is the wrong phone number. I called the store again nobody answers. Now I have to make another trip back to the store. When I told the man behind the desk that I had called four times and left two messages, he said he hasn’t answered the phone in four days he only deals with the people in front of him.

Eric was our salesperson and he is very knowledgeable and we completed our transaction quickly. Made sure to get us a quick delivery date as our refrigerator had stopped working the day before and needed a new one quickly. Very happy that we stopped here while looking for a new refrigerator.

Service was very good. However, the bank you deal with for credit sucks!! Wasted an hour because undoubtedly their website was having issues. The associate did everything he could and finally had us do it via phone. In the end the recording thanked us and "if we are approved, should have the credit card in a few days!!" We have a Citi Bank card already and since we needed it approved today for the replacement fridge another card I'd useless!!@

Never purchased from Grand before. Found on-line information to be complete - pricing, rebate, product specs excellent. Called Bill on a busy Saturday afternoon with questions about delivery, inventory, rebate-hung up and discussed with wife- called Bill to process purchase- he responded within 90 minutes and the deal was made. Very satisfied with the response, price and delivery schedule- a good experience!

Bill was great. He worked with me, was very knowledgeable and not pushy. He got us a great deal on a washer and dryer set. Grand is a great store, it’s well laid out and designed so you can envision their products in your own home. Also, they had what we wanted in stock with delivery in less than a week. Thanks Bill!

Installation went great.Only criticism is that they should be able to let you know more than 24hrs prior when the delivery will come. This is important for people who work to make arrangements.

My refrigerator was acting up, but on Thursday, June 29, in the evening, the bottom completely stopped working. On Friday, I found a refrigerator online. I called the store and talked to a young woman (very courteous), I paid for it, and she asked to put me on a brief hold to look at the delivery schedule. She said they did not do same day delivery, and Saturday was booked, so that brought me to Monday, July 3rd, for a delivery date, I accepted. I said leave a message or a text of the time on delivery day. So I am looking on my phone Monday for a delivery time, nothing. Instead, I have an email saying sorry we are unable to make your delivery until after the holiday. (On top of this, I am ill) I called the office, and a guy comes on the phone he is rude from the get-go and said his name was John. Sorry lady, our truck has already left for the day, and I am not calling them back in. So I explained that I am not well and with no access to food or drink and did not want to be without a fridge for the holiday and was promised Monday delivery, and that I had company coming that day as well, he continued to be disresptful and ignorant. I asked to have the number for corporate, and he said I am corperate. He said, "Do you want to cancel and we will give you a refund? ".... are you kidding me? Not only am I, without the ability to even get something cold to drink or something to eat, I am sick, and this is how I was treated. I had no means on such short notice people were at work and with the holiday the next day to even try to figure something out. He had me in a position that I had no out. I was promised delivery on Monday to top it off he hung up, and no one answered the phone after that, I have screenshots. Called a number thought it was corporate ended up being a store on the East coast. They actually had more compassion than the hang-up guy John. They tried to help, but I knew since they were not answering the phone and he made it very clear, no fridge till Wednesday take it ir leave it. I instead thanked them for their time and concern. I was not getting my fridge, another two summer days with no food or drink in my house. I have never done a review, I waited but felt it was necessary, so here it is.

Originally bought my washer and dryer from here. Was happy. We moved and I had to buy new ones. A different guy helped me this time and basically was no help. I didn't realize when I bought my washer there was no option for water fill (my fault for not realizing this) but the guy helping did not tell me anything about the washer I chose. Only mentioned the feature of the Pet pro to help with pet hair removal. He also threw in his option that I should have matching washer and dryer, even tho I told him I didn't want to spend alot. Spent prob 2 hrs trying to decide because I was trying to see what the different features were on the washers. After delivery, I called back to ask about returning it, he had to call me back. Finally got back to me with a $200 restocking fee. For something that I didn't use. I get it, they charge restocking fees. But again, this was not mentioned. I was going to get all new kitchen appliances but will definitely go elsewhere. Stay away from the Pet Pro Washer. It does not use enough water to wash clothes!! Now I need to buy a new washer and eat the cost of this one. The sales people are rather cocky too.
