The store is always cluttered with overpriced junk. The workers honestly don't care and the guy workers are seriously creeps! Everytime I come here the guy workers are starring at customers with naughty intentions and you can clearly tell, they arent slick. There's a new kid with short curly hair and looks light skinned that was starring at a lady bending over and I literally caught him starring. Him and this black guy were doing the same thing and showing each other chick's to look at .Ridiculously unprofessional and petty, Like do they even have job requirements? Lmao if it is they are you gotta be weird, creepy, and don't shower?♂️ Literally everything is over-priced also! They must have blind people putting price tags on stuff because the pricing doesn't even make sense. 2.99$ a cup? 12.99$ for a old wall mount speaker? There was 4 there. Who is going to buy all 4 at 12.99$ each ? Only an idiot that's who .they got old tools priced ridiculously high in the 25$+ range for like old saws drills ect. I was there today and they wanted 39.99$ for some flimsy old drink display ? 19.99$ for a old popcorn maker? Like people are GIVING THIS STUFF to them and they are price gouging like crazy. I'm honestly done coming here, the atmosphere is just terrible and isn't the same anymore.

The Orland store is filthy, if I could give a 0 star rating I would!! I travel all over Illinois to Goodwill stores looking for bargains and have never seen such filth. I am appalled the manager allows the store to be in such disarray. To the owner of this store it’s time to clean house and find new management. I will not be back.

Good place to go for some nice finds. If you have time and are patient, you can put together an outfit or two for under $20. I even found vinyl records for as low as $1.99.

UPDATE!
This location has drastically gone down hill. Everything is a mess...just thrown all over. Employees are rude. Hate going there now.
Long lines to check out. Some how a cashier switched my Rewards number to another person and I was not getting credit for all my purchases. I tried to straighten it out, but all they could do was to give me another Rewards card. So, I have lost out on all the $5.00 certificates that were due to me. Shame on you Goodwill.

Would not take chairs or light. What's the point of giving anything! Won't waste my time next time.

The best goodwill I’ve been toThere was so much to look at! Items are very organized. There are still some typical Goodwill pricing but I was impressed with the prices compared to every other store I’ve been to. The staff were friendly and top of restocking. Our cashier was Max and he was great, very nice. I recommend this Goodwill to any thrifters!

Very disappointed with the manager Lupes attitude. Mean girl for no reason.. if a customer is upset and ask to speak to you and does so in a polite way why get personally offended and be rude ? No efforts to make things right and quick to blame me before having all the facts. Sad and disappointing experience.

Whoever is in charge of pricing golf clubs for this location has done very little research. I love frequenting the local stores and this location has items priced 300% higher than the others. $12.99 for a Top Flight iron? You'll be looking at that club for a WHILE! ? Price items to move inventory.

Very large clothing selection, and quite a few fitting rooms. Not everything is very well-organized.

There's much I like about this place, but there are issues. The roof leaks badly. The floor is dirty and dangerous. I don't think they ever vacuum the floor. Dust like tumbleweeds. Don't look deep under the dress racks, you might find Jimmy Hoffa. There are pieces of hangers on the floor everywhere and there is merchandise left on the floor by kids. Little cars, balls, it's an accident waiting to happen. Kids also go whizzing through the store on scooters and such. Nearly bowled me over. They need a person to constantly scrutinize for safety issues. The store is always crowded, that's a good sign I guess because they've got such good merchandise when you can unearth it. The fitting room key is always missing, someone has to go and find it. They keep the clothes for too long. If they don't sell, you should get rid of them, you can't even push the hangers aside. And on circular racks the hangers get all tangled up because there's too many. I guess they do get rid of some, but half-heartedly. They don't do it enough. Half the lingerie is with the workout clothes and the other half is on the dress racks. Why put the big fat robes on the crowded dress racks, they should have their own rack along with bras--and nightgowns and pajamas, which they also put on the dress racks. Worst is the general merchandise display. They put out stuff that belongs in the garbage. Broken junk, I even saw an empty box marked $2.99. Not a decorative box, but one of those things with a flimsy glassine lid, like you see on boxes of Christmas cards. Just an old empty dirty and damaged box. And I know it's not something a customer stole because it came out of the back of the store that way on a table on wheels, too much of that. Teapots and cookie jars without lids. Just chuck them, they're not doing your image any good. It's all disorganized. The rolling table things have sides, the surfaces are all covered with glitter and stuff, they need to vacuum them. The glassware and dishes don't have any room and you hear someone breaking something every 20 minutes and I can't blame them, everything is jammed. You can't even get to see all the dishes, no one could. If you go through them all you are in everyone's way. They put out dirty throw pillows and masses of artificial flowers, falling apart. They need fewer clothes and more room to spread out the general merchandise. Half the shopping carts won't push, they need oiling. Or maybe it's the dust balls and yarn and stuff the wheel pieces picked up from the floor. There's no wastebasket in the ladies' room, no towels, and the air dryer needs repair. The vending machines are dicey, like slot machines. I know everybody is understaffed. If you want to get and keep a staff you have to pay them. All the staff is super nice, I've never had a bad experience with any of them, and half of them have the IQs of college professors. What a world.
