I really don’t understand how this place has such a high rating. They are totally unprofessional and poor technicians. First of all, when I dropped off my phone they gave me no paperwork that they received it. They literally asked me to right my first name and phone number on a piece of paper!!
I left two different phones for a back glass repair on two separate occasions. The first time I got it back and the power button stopped working. They would not accept responsibility and they only offered me a trade with another used phone. The second time the back glass was cracked after replacement and the camera was not installed properly. I took the phone back for a second replacement and they kept it for two days. They said they were waiting for a part!?!? After the repair the phone started having battery issues and I realized later that for some reason, they had replaced the screen of the phone with an aftermarket screen!?!? The screen popped out of the frame two months later.
