Ignorant staff!! I went thru the drive thru and was told I couldn't cash a check on a joint account. I corrected the staff, very kindly and it was taken care of. I was asked if that was all and I was going to reply, yes thank you and have a great day. I only got out part of my yes and was cut off by the lady saying over me, K thanks bye. And she walked away.
Grateful this isn't my usual location. Be professional!!

Teller seemed like I was bothering her. Presented her a check from an account holder to cash. She proceeded to call the account holder. If he didn’t answer the phone and tell her it was okay to cash the check, I wouldn’t have gotten my money. So the point of checks is worthless. If the person who wrote it to you does not answer the phone it won’t be cashed. And you will waste your time going there. What is the point of a check if you will only give me the cash if a phone call is successful? Banks are absolutely ridiculous and greedy, oldest ponzi scam on earth.

This bank is absolute trash, since the merger with First Midwest they have gone downhill fast, Old National is a literal dumpster fire, now you can't even get text alerts for when you make a purchase with your card. I will be closing all my accounts with this bank very soon unless they get it together and stop removing key features that made First Midwest great.

Complete crooks. Hold your money hostage incurring fees after fees month after month and won't let you access your funds or close your account. The absolute worst people I've ever dealt with in my life. Stay away at all cost just bank with a normal branch like Chase.

Branch managers who open your account and NEGLECT to provide fee information verbally or in writing need not be in that position. That she is now at another facility to avoid this feedback speaks volumes as well. If you work hard for your money, this is totally unacceptable period. Good riddance.

I was a First Midwest customer for over 20 years. The Old National Bank service on 159th and Wolf is what is making me seek a new bank to use. Their tellers are incredibly slow. No matter what time or day I go the wait is at least ten minutes. Last week I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru. I would have left but I was between 2 cars and couldn't get out. When I commented to the teller how long I had been waiting he replied "Well you are being taken care of now". No apology.I went in to inquire about a home equity loan. The woman told me to have a seat and she would be with me soon. She then proceeded to type an email and then made a call where she was placed on hold (she had the speaker on). I was the only customer in the place. I thought that was rude so I left. Her call could have waited and I wasn't going to sit there while she was on hold for who knows how long. I am done with Old National Bank.

I have been with First Midwest since 1988.Went in yesterday because I received a text from First Midwest that I could maybe lower my car payment through them So I thought ok give it a try. It was a Saturday morning about 10 and the loan officer already had someone there. I understood that. The loan officer was alone and she had problems with the printer. That's not unusual. But then she had to go to the teller.to deposit funds from the couple. Ok. The banker asker about me and when she heard I was there about refinancing a car loan she rolled her eyes and shook her head. Rude!! Once I got to her desk I said are you sure you have time for me. Oh yes all the time in the worldYeah sure. Poor customer service, long wait and I see how you reacted toy needs.No wonder you're closing branches and combining with another bank. I was so disappointed. Been a customer for over 30 years. Might be time for another bank.
