They call me all the time for stupid nonsense I have no use for but when it came to getting a higher interest rate. not a peep... I called them to discuss this and they said I would have to deposit more money to get a rate about 10 basis points.. Im like I got 250K with you whats the issue.. They said sorry that's our policy.. I said I will be in to move my money to one of my other banks and she happily said "ok"When I got in there the manager was appalled and apologized profusely... I said.. sorry.. If I have to come in here to move my money becaus eof an obnoxious employee.. Its moving.. I told him who the obnoxious person was.. and said you can call me in a year.

Great experience at this location after switching to this bank recently. Had a bad experience at another location so I tried Orland. No complaints staff was great.

anyone else having an issue with Fifth Third holding ALL deposits and delaying secured funds from PayPal, Square, etc?
I'm starting to wonder if this being done so this bank holds our funds for 10 days while they collect interest on this money we do not have access to.
Any else interested in discussing and taking possible action?

I have multiple accounts at Fifth Third, both business and personal. I don't go into my local branch too often but when I do I'm greeted by name. May sound silly but these days that personal touch is great. When I call, sometimes the on-hold can be a little long but in the rare instance I have a problem the customer service is outstanding. Thank you Fifth Third, you have definitely earned my business!

applied for a refinance loan with some cash out on august 8th. after jumping thru numerous hoops it is now feb. 16 and i am still not done! excuses, excuses, but 6 months?. picking up my paperwork and going to a real bank!. can only say do not go there---stay away

We opened a new checking account at 5/3 bank. Waited for all checks in old account to clear. I made a mistake on a check. The check was supposed to be for 980.$. I wrote it for in the number area 980.00 and in the written area 900.80$. 5/3 cashed it and it cleared for 980.00$. Then they debited our account for 79.20$. They said they can only use the written number. While Huntington cashed and paid 980.00$. 5/3 said they understand but refuses to give me my money back.Huntington did a federal trace to see if it some how came back and it didn't.They stole 79.20 from us I'm a senior citizen and my husband is totally disabled. October 2020.

The most horrible customer service I have ever seen. The older woman who is a teller complains every single time I go in there. And the men bankers that sit at the desks act like they don't want to help you. Switching banks. If you don't like your job, quit. Or at least be nice to your customers.

Every time I have gone there on my lunch time from work, I have had a long wait. The noon hour is when employees are on their lunch, doing errands like going to the bank! Why do they not realize they need more than one teller working at that time! I will no longer go there and waste 1/3 of my lunch time standing in line. The drive-through isn't much better.

SLOW!!!!!!!!!! I can't stand this location!!!!!!!!! Super lazy and act like they don't care!!!!! Go to the location on La Grange Rd in Orland Park it's much better as far as service!!!!
