Disgraceful Customer experience I went into this location multiple times trying to open an account because I work in the area and my credit Union is further away. After the third try and the Supervisor told me not to come back in without calling to verify if the information has updated in the system... To open my account I decided to go to Chase open my account with no problems and was out in 15 minutes Spectacular Customer Service.... Fifth Third will never get my business such a disappointment every time I went in It was never a welcoming environment.... New Management is definitely needed at this location and Re Training on how to conduct yourself when you are the leader in the building... Choice of words especially!!!

Literally the worst bank ever! I cleared all my stuff out after 2020. Thought I’d give them another chance. Open up two credit cards with them. They put a hold on one for a month it’s going to be when all said and done. A hold because THEIR employee put in the wrong info given a payment and the fraud put it on hold. Literally nobody can fix it they said. WORST BANK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Then, they give ME attitude. Later I’m officially done

Poor service! They definitely do not know how to treat their customers, professionally and courteously. Even coming to open an account, they won’t take you in if its one hour before closing. They were extremely rude. Specially people rushing from work trying to catch the time. Then coming a second time, trying to open an account, they lie to your face about what documents needed to open it. I was able to go to another location on Harlem Ave where they are extremely helpful and super friendly. And additionally was in and out within 15 minutes. So please take that into consideration and avoid this location.

Horrible customer service! For being the only person in the drive through I waited almost 8 mins maybe 10 someone else pulls up after me and they’re done before me. Horrible customer service.

The drive up ATM at this location is CONSTANTLY down. Which then either forces you to drive to 159th Street or pay the double fee from a non 5/3 ATM. This is ATM is down minimum 5 times a week.

Received poor customer service at this branch. I went there to set up auto-pay for my mortgage. At that time, they made it sound like it would be set up that day. This was a couple weeks ago. The other day my Mortgage was due, and I noticed that the payment was not automatically withdrawn. So now I'm going to get hit with a late fee. I called yesterday and even sent an email to the person who handled this initially. No response at all. So now I don't even know if the auto-pay was set up. After this, I'm glad that I don't actually have a banking account with Fifth 3rd. It seems like they have good customer support the first time you visit, but after that, forget it.
