Fidelity investments sucks for everything, at my work it used to be with a different company and was so much better. Fidelity is as stingy as possible and make it difficult to get the money you worked for.

Called several times not one person wants to pick up or do business. Went to location during business hours and doors were locked. Called again and calls were transferred to the call center.

Our company is through Fidelity so when my husband retired we thought we would stay even though I had read several bad reviews.The initial transaction was ok and moved fairly fast, but we have been trying to take money out for over a month and it has been a nightmare of red tape, hoop jumping, BS! Multiple calls, emails, text, and nothing. I also get the market has not done well but neither has our investments. Thank God this was not an emergency situation or we would be screwed! FYI Fidelity this is OUR money not YOURS. So ready to roll out someplace else.UPDATE: finally ALMOST have the money we requested 7 weeks ago! It SHOULD be available tomorrow, if not PROBABLY Monday. So if you plan on taking some money out for Christmas shopping, you may want to start the long, ridiculous, hoop jumping, impossible communication, process now.

I have been on the phone multiple times. Two times yesterday waiting over 30 minutes with no one answering. Today waited over an hour and still no answers. Will be shopping for new brokerage firm. Not sure how a company can operate like this.

I could not or was unable to talk to anyone in reference to investments. No one ever answered the phone when I called there office in Orland Park.

Want to open an account with Fidelity and transfer money from my current brokerage. Cannot get anyone to answer the phone. On hold FOREVER. My current brokerage answers immediately. I'll just go someplace else. Thanks for helping me decide.

It is impossible to get anyone on the phone that is capable of helping. You initially wait about 10 to 15 minutes and get someone that just transfers you and no one picks up.. Two days ago I was left holding for over 30 minutes two separate times during the day and no one picked up. Yesterday I was on hold for over an hour and no one picked up, today I am sitting on hold 56 minutes and going. Will be moving my money/investments somewhere else after the new year.
