Eva’s Bridal International had the most stunning dresses. I was so happy to try on. My attendant Kiara was very nice and super grateful she had so much patience with me which I appreciated. Everything was going well until I had spoken with the manager about a specific dress I fell in love with and the most disrespectful comment she made was “if you can’t afford the dress why try it on”. I felt offended and it was very unprofessional of her to say that to a customer. You don’t even know me in order to say something rude like that. The price was on the dress and then once I tried it on it was no longer there so to me it made it seem like she guessed a price after I tried it on. I was NEVER told the ORIGINAL price before I tried it on. The dress itself had some detailed already falling off from the corset and I tried negotiating. Unfortunately I did not purchase my dream dress there after getting treated this way.

Eva's Bridal was a wonderful place, and the people were for the most part kind. When I found my dress I was thrilled because this was the dress of my dreams and it just so happened that Eva's Bridal helped make it even more wonderful by offering it to me off the rack for a cheaper price!
I am beyond thrilled that this was the first place and last place that I looked for my dress. (And my dress has pockets!!!)
The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars was because of the no photo policy while trying on dresses as I would have loved to be able to go back and look at the different styles I tried on.

this is the first and only bridal shop I went to! & honestly, that was the goal even after reading the reviews. Cindy was great and knew exactly what dress I was looking for when I showed her my inspo pic. Sadly, it was out of my price range & she advised me not to try it on if I was strict on my budget. I picked out some options that were around my price range (the prices are on the tags which is awesome!) but ultimately decided that none of those worked for me. My budget was unrealistic & I knew that from the start. I was just hoping for a miracle lol. I never felt pressured to try on dresses that were out of my budget. Cindy was always honest about the prices of the dresses I asked her to pull for me when I didn’t like the ones I pulled for myself. I ended up going with the dress I initially wanted and I am sooo happy!!!
I took one star off because they assured me I was gonna get my dress by the end of September. It didn’t come in until October 1st. However, everytime I called to check on the status of my dress, the lady who picked up the phone was always so sweet and patient with me. I know I must’ve annoyed her by calling every day for a week ?

I'll be honest - I was a little nervous after seeing some of the negative reviews on here... but omg, I am so glad I went with Eva's for my dress! They have a HUGE selection (like, thousands of dresses) - so there was no shortage of options to browse through. I loved that every single dress was clearly labeled with the price; something I have not seen at other bridal shops. This made it so easy to stay in my budget. I also loved that my mom, my best friend and I were able to pull our own dresses to try on; that's so much more fun than sitting while the stylist grabs options, in my opinion. The stylist was extremely encouraging, gave thoughtful feedback and helped me make my big decision for the dress I loved. My "second up" dress was actually more expensive - so I really appreciated that she didn't try to force the pricier dress just to make a bigger sale. She was wonderful and not pushy whatsoever.
Don't let the crappy reviews steer you away, we had a FANTASTIC experience! Can't recommend enough!!

I had such a terrible experience here! Sale associates will tell you anything to make a sale. I bought my wedding dress here and when I got my dress it was NOT what I was expecting. The dress choices were either nude or white UNDERNEATH the dress, as you can see from the picture it’s subtle but the sale’s associate had put fabric underneath my dress to show how it would look like white. What she did not tell me was that the mesh around my shoulders would also be white. You can’t see it in this picture because it’s nude and that’s what I fell in love with this dress that it was of the shoulder but had the mesh part to keep it in place. I told that various times to sales associate that i loved how it was nice on the shoulders and you couldn’t see the mesh. Once I got the dress they didn’t want to take any responsibility and wanted me to pay the ridiculous price they were charging for alterations. No bride should EVER walk away from an appointment with any assumptions. There was response was you should have asked. Obviously it’s so common to not know what to ask when it’s your first time buying a dress. Once you pick a dress they rush you into signing and paying your deposit. Please pick a different place to shop

Went here back in march because I was recommended by another bridal shop to come look at dresses here because I needed more inspiration and wasn’t sure what I wanted. When we seen the lady who worked with me she started being so rude about the other place we were just at when the other place actually recommended we went to Eva's for more inspiration. She was just downright awful about them and just left us to fend for ourselves when looking at our dresses (not a big deal). Imagine another bridal shop sending their customer who was about to buy a dress to another shop to potentially spend their money there and then being downright rude about them. Needless to say I did not enjoy my experience because of the sly comments and disrespect I got from the Eva’s worker towards the other shop and I left empty handed. All i gotta say is Eva’s is super hypocritical and the joy of bridal dress shopping was not there at all.

I would recommend you come.to this store
they have a ton of options. Dont allow yourself to be pressured into buying a dress if ur not ready, here or any store really.. they will still have it the next day so just sleep on it and come back lol..you will need to bring a few hands to help pull dresses here because i only had like 15min to search the racks for dresses, and they have SO MANY racks..Then i was pushed into the fitting rooms, which made me feel like i didnt see all their options.. i also want to mention, Ibought a dress that was almost 5k, and received it in a long white plastic bag that was just tied up at the bottom..i took the dress to another store closer to home for alterations, that seamstress sold a 1k dress and GAVE that bride a nice waterproof bag with a zipper for her dress.. i had to purchase TWO bags because my dress has a detachable train when i should of technically been given one or the option to buy one at this store? ..Cindy helped find my dress..ihad a good experience with her..Ithink if consultants had assistance returning the long, heavy dresses back to the racks after brides try it, the consultant would have more time, patience, and clarity to answer questions or give the bride options on cuatimizing dresses for their needs and wants, etc. I did feel super rushed because she just wanted to get dresses back to the racks and me into the next dress lol, which i dont blame her!! I was given options for veils, they were decently priced.. BIG THANK YOU to the store mamager for allowing me to exchange an as is/ final sale dress for the dress i ended up pirchasing.
Thankyou to cindy for helping me find my dress amd the biggest Thankyou to the seamstress, who came over to see and ended up explaining i could customize the top of my dress the way idid, it totally enhanced the dress's beauty
so happy and i LOVE IT. Still feel like yall could've of gave me a real "dress bag" though lol

The absolute worse service I have ever received. I am shocked that this place is still in business. The tactics that are used by the sales associates is disgusting, unethical, and immoral. They play off of the emotions of their customers. They see that when a woman has found a dress that they absolutely love, they will deceive them on the price and service. My particular case was "if you do not place an order today, we will not be able to service you in the future". A few days later, they are texting saying if we come in on that same day then they can place an order to be delivered on time for the wedding. I think the saleswoman's name was Kathleen. You are a horrible and sick person. All for a few bucks of commission you are going to make an entire family (daughter, mother, and cousin) cry themselves out of the store. Shameful.
Go somewhere else. Beware of this store and their tactics.
EDIT: Response to owner's response: My name does not match because I was not in your store personally. My fiance and her family were, and I spoke to your sales rep over the phone. Your sales rep disrespected me and used shady sales practices to get a deal. I am in the sales business myself, so I was able to see right through you. We took our business elsewhere, and I will always recommend people to NOT go to your store.

Just bought my dress! I went there for my first appointment not expecting to leave with a dress but ended up falling in love with one that matched my inspiration pictures. I loved that we were able to pick the dresses off the floor ourselves with also having help. Taryn was honest about pricing and super helpful with finding things that I would love. She made me feel comfortable and excited about finding dresses. I also loved that they didn’t limit me to a minimum amount of people and let me share this moment with my Bridesmaids and mom. I can’t wait to get my dress!

Eva's Bridal International has a large selection of dresses. However, my consultant only pointed us to one area of the store to look at and pull dresses from. She asked where else I've shopped at, and I told her that I looked at dresses at Eva's Bridal Store down the street. She was then more concerned about explaining how the two stores were not related. My consultant also was not super helpful in getting into the dresses and she didn't really do anything to help the dresses fit my body. She even brought dresses that were not my size and told me to just envision the back closed and to go out and show my family. At one point, my sister had to get up and pull the straps up on a dress so that I could see what things looked like. I actually found a dress that I was considering, but the consultant said that she couldn't provide me with the information for the dress until I purchased it, and we could not take pictures of me in the dress. I wish that they would have told us that pictures were not allowed when I made the appointment instead of threatening to confiscate our phones. I ended up finding a completely different dress that I liked better elsewhere, but even if I hadn't I would not have returned to buy from here.

Called mid afternoon on a Thursday asking if they carry a specific dress by a designer that they already carry. Was told I would have a consultant call me back. Still waiting on a call a day later. Not sure why they couldn’t tell me when I called initially.
