Wanted to let enterprise know a couple of things that can be adjusted for better customer service in the future. After first rental I was accidentally charged 4x at 400$ each which came back to my account in a week or so later I gave them another chance. I rented a car took off lot it would not accelerate over 20 mph so brought back got a different car had to take toll was caught in a blizzard was a 6.80$ toll was charged 31.00$ even though I gave an extra 3/4 tank gas I never even drove car second day due to storm tried to adjust they weren't able to help just not very helpful or understanding

This branch is awesome, in and out in about 20 minutes, Larry gave me a ride there...nice older gentleman, Alyssa was very thorough and extremely quick, her customer service was on point.

If your getting a loaner through Bettenhausen CDJR be prepared to get a minivan because that’s “all they have in stock”. I dropped my Dodge Durango RT 2022 off at CDJR and was to be shuttled to enterprise. Enterprise comes informs me they’re here to pick me up while I’m with my 1 year old in the waiting area and then walks off. I run to catch up to him and say I need to get my car seat, So I run back to get said car seat and thankfully one of the workers at BETTENHAUSEN help me carry car seat to the shuttle vehicle. After waiting an hour at enterprise they finally have my vehicle ready a Chrysler pacific. ? once again no one helps to carry the car seat to the car while I struggle with my one year old car seat and backpack. Never again. Thanks enterprise!

Malissa was AMAZING!!! From our first phone call until I drove off the lot! I was open and honest about my credit, that I couldn't put money down, that I didn't think they would take my car as a trade in AND I still owned on it, and so much more! Let me tell you she was positive, honest, and not your typical "dealership salesperson" stereotype. She gave me so much honest information that I don't even think she needed to but she did because she's honest. She was upbeat, friendly, and dealt with me and my husband's goofiness so much I don't know how she didn't kick us out LOL Seriously though I would recommend her 1000% I'm so glad Alexis from the Aurora Enterprise location referred her to me. Alexis is going to get a shout out too! Thank you again Malissa. You don't know how much you've helped our family!!

It was my first time renting a vehicle, they made it super easy and I got what I paid for. I am for sure keeping Enterprise in mind for any future rentals.

Telma and her team where amazing I booked a car to be picked up on the 21st of September and later change my plans to pick it up on 20th I got there late and yet I was attended to, I got some credit card issues that I had to call my bank and all that she was so patience and with a smile on her face, and got the car that I wanted thanks so much Telma and your co workers for the good service. ?

Ordered a car Monday requesting an suv, after a week I didn't receive a call back. Called them again and they said they don't have anything for me. Just for the Enterprise in Midway to offer to switch, have me drive all the way over there to tell me they can't switch the suv. Horrible experience, don't go with enterprise.

They do not respect the client and his time, because of the service I was late to the dentist because I spent 1.5 hours, because the employee was walking somewhere all the time.

Rented a car due to car in shop. Rented through insurance. Went very smoothly. Knowledgeable employee.
