Dr. Novak is very helpful and clearly cares for each of his patients. I appreciated him seeing me on short notice. He makes himself available on weekends, and is very responsive on Rx requests.

Complete Thieves! They will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING! Dr. Nowak is absolutely rude, disrespectful and has no intention of truly helping patients. He has no business treating patients because he does not wish them the best. He is looking for $$ in his pocket and otherwise he could give a rats ass if the patient is taken care of.The front office lady + Dr. Nowak tried charging over $100.00 for a FOLLOW UP VISIT NOTE to be written for my father who needed it for court. Literally, I explained it to her about 2xs. He was last seen less than 3 weeks ago - His letter needs to say LAST SEEN, WHAT MEDICATION WAS PRESCRIBED AND HIS FOLLOW UP APT. DATE so she proceeds to tell me how she is TOO busy to write that today and she could have it ready NEXT WEEK. I told her that she is making it too big of a deal it really is something very simple so she told me that the doctor will have to call me back - So I said OK. Then DR. NOWAK calls me back SAYING Hi, I don't know what your problem is but I am not writing any notes he was only seen 1 time and he needs to come for another visit which will be around $100.00 then he hung up. WHAT?! He just paid $300.00 less than 3 weeks ago - And he needs to come back to be seen again for a FOLLOW UP NOTE FROM HIS LAST APT.?! I mean he has a follow up scheduled for Oct. 7th!!!! WHY WOULD I PAY for this note when the note doesn't have anything to do with an apt. its a FOLLOW UP NOTE & court ordered it to be from his first apt.! I called back 3xs after they refused to answer my calls.Highly recommended to stay away from Dr. Nowak and his staff. Mean, rude, disrespectful THEIVES!

I took advantage of the drive-thru (figured I try something new) and WOW! I was very impressed. My 4 year was fevering and it made it so easy to just take him out of the car right outside the exam room. Didn't have to deal with the cold wind, the snow, or the rushing to get him strapped back into the car quickly because of the cold.The drive thru is roomy enough to fit a full size van, it is very clean, well ventilated, and warm (I am sure cool in the summer as well). I recommend this clinic, the staff are very nice and the doctor has a wonderful bedside manner not just with adults but with children too.
