We have been seeing Dr Tess for over 15 years and in that time, I have never felt rushed, or that my concerns were not important. Just a really good and caring Doctor.

Dr. Tess and his staff are amazing! He is so caring and spends as much time as you need without ever feeling rushed! He is clearly very knowledgeable and guides you into the right choices for your overall health. I felt so comfortable talking to him about a very sensitive issue I had been having and truly felt like he gave me the personalized treatment I needed!! I feel so lucky to have to have a doctor that is so easy to talk to and always makes me feel supported in my medical decisions! You can truly see how much he and his staff care! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Dr James Tess is definitely the best primary doctor ever. He is caring, compassionate and efficient. He never rushes you through appointments, he listens to everything you have to say and helps you as best he can. He also has an awesome staff that works hard, is very kind and efficient. It makes life much easier coming to this office for our health care needs.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tess for over 20 years and he is hands down the most wonderful doctor I’ve ever had. Even my friend who I recently referred to him said he was the best primary care doctor she’s ever seen. Not only is he very thorough with his exams, he provides great clarity and always gives very detailed explanations of the potential health issues. He is very compassionate, and a great doctor and great person all around.

Must have been a bad day for that doctor,Last three visits after I walked in and nurse has prepared everything for the doctor i was left in the room for over an hour and half.On the third visit I had to ask.So I asked “Is that necessary?”Answer was, why don’t you go and find another doctor.Well I did and you get one star review a**hole.

My twin and I left another family practice doctor after years of feeling belittled by doctors whenever we discussed our medical concerns. We made the switch to find a doctor who would respect us and value our well-being and was local. Dr. Tess has been phenomenal from the get-go. He heard our concerns, openly went through his thinking process to deduce the possibilities, and was proactive on finding the solution. He explained everything we wanted to know and treated us as equals. It is because of him and his staff that my twin and I figured out a serious medical issue we both had (although displayed different symptoms). He never dismissed our concerns and sincerely wanted us to be better. From recommendations for specialists in the area to the staff always being so friendly and accommodating for our crazy schedule, I cannot recommend his office enough.
