This is one of the largest dollar tree stores that I have ever been in. I was very happily surprised at how well stocked it was. Very clean nice store. Glad we stopped in. Had everything we were looking for.

This dollar tree was very clean with no boxes all over the aisle floors. The staff held the door for us to come in and wished us a great day when we were leaving.

Customer service was lacking, no cashiers available. When pointed out to the manager she became verbally combative and unapologetic. As a customer I was offended. I discourage anyone from patronizing this location.

The store itself is great, but the disabled guy that works there, is unbelievably rude and lacks ANY customer service. I feel bad having to call him out, but everytime we go, he’s rude as hell and just comes off as miserable. I was purchasing some things and needed balloons. I waited in line, got to the register and then let him know I’d need a few balloons. He told me I would I would have to wait, because “he has customers” and he doesn’t have time to help me. Then he refused to even ring up the balloons with my other items. Told me I was going to have to wait in line again, with someone else. It was absolutely unbelievable! I understand the man probably couldn’t blow the balloons up himself, given his disability, but there were several other employees there, one who ultimately helped me. To wait in line only to be told they he has other customers to help therefore has no interest in helping the one that’s in front of him is terrible customer service and disability or not, he needs to be addressed on his behavior.

So I was at the gym, and it was a hot day outside. I was running low on money so I only bought a 1 dollar 25 cent protein shake too cool off and recharge my energy. The cashier, I didn’t catch her name, she was definitely among the old ones. She asked me after I handed her my protein shake if I wanted to buy a backpack as a donation (didn’t tell me where it was going to), I told her that I was low on money but she replied with, “it’s only a dollar 25 ?”. My friend was behind me watching and so was another costumer behind him. She completely put me on the spot and under pressure, if I still said no I would be the “bad guy” or the “selfish guy” so I said okay. I later found out on a poster that the backpacks were going to children whose parents were in the army. If it’s only $1.25 why don’t u buy it, why is it the customer who has to buy it. And the fact that’s you guys sell it when you can just donate it for free is just horrible.

Loretta and Steven are very rude and unfriendly. Apparently you shouldn’t come in after 8:30 because they are trying to close. I never felt so harassed and unwelcome at any store in my life.

Read my review for the Homer glen location on w. 143rd and just apply the same thing here, except this location has a half dozen carts that's won't roll for the last year and the selves are always out of something. Service is just as bad if not worse.
