Purchased a couch, loveseat, and (4) barstools and a warranty from darvin, they are all (6 items) defective and darvin refuses to refund/repair/replace any of them. Take your money elsewhere. Buyer beware... Read the refusal to make any attempt to correct the situation below...LMFAO. Ask yourself why they have almost (500) reviews and they barely crack (2) stars...AGAIN...BUYER BEWARE...

Too bad there is not a zero for this company. Absolutely no customer service. They may have great sales, but remember you get what you pay for. Keep your money or spent it elsewhere, but not with this company. Also, before they send out their junk mail advertising a sale, they jack the price up twice as much. So you are getting a 50% sale on something that is now 60% more than it was before the sale started. STAY AWAY

I spoke with Rebecca on Monday afternoon at 330. She said she was going to look into this and call me back within a day and I had not heard anything. I'm hoping I misunderstood what she meant being that it is Wednesday afternoon. To add to my previous review, I was delivered the wrong table on Saturday 1/27. I spoke with somebody at the distribution center, and they were very helpful and promised me that they would exchange the table on Wednesday. Today, which is Wednesday, they came, and exchanged the table for the correct table, which I was very thankful for. At the same time of the delivery, I was working and had Xfinity here shortly after they left, I went to inspect the table and there is a huge scratch right in the center of the table. I called Rebecca as soon as the guy left. I also received a phone call from the distribution center and when I called them back, no one answered the phone after I was transferred around two or three times and I've left a voicemail. I still have not heard from anybody. How disappointing is all this when you spend over $12,000 on furniture. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It is blatantly obvious that once they swipe your credit card, the customer service changes drastically. I am very upset as all of this furniture is in my brand, new construction home and being presented to many people. After years of spending thousands and thousands of dollars here I will no longer shop a Darvin.

The sold me a expensive L shaped couch with end chairs... bought the warranty with it... found out it was broken and they wouldn't take it back... not even a day old....only to find out years later it has drywall screws in it wonder if it was broken before hmmm..shady.... buI'm sure they had nothing to do with it tho...

How are you going to send out mailers that your merchandise is on sale for 50% off store wide and then get there just to find out everything is marked up 52% leather sofas for $7000 on sale for $3000 lol this is some shady sales scam. Please do your homework before giving these crooks your money!

I bought furniture dining room set chairs falling apart in 3 years . Will never return bought warranty and gave me the round around. Will not recommend at all junk funiture !

I do not think I will buy furniture from Darvin again. The quality of our couch is good but our estimated delivery was to be around 10-12 weeks. The couch was delivered on the 13th week and the order was wrong. They tried to correct this by saying the following week they would deliver the correct sectional piece to our couch. Again they had the wrong piece. This time the delivery crew acknowledged they had the wrong piece right when I greeted them at the door. They told me that it was the same exact piece they had sent originally, this time it was in a different color. No one wants to take responsibility over there and they just push you to different employees, felt like I was getting put in circles. Overall just very frustrated. Let's see if they can get it right eventually...

Very disappointed. After waiting 2 months for a custom order, one of the pieces was delivered with a manufacturing defect. I notified Darvin and they sent a 3rd party furniture repair technician to my home who confirmed that there is a defect and he could not repair it. I waited a week for someone at Darvin to call me after sending numerous emails to the customer service team. No one called, so eventually I called them again. I was told that they ordered to fabric for the item and planned to have this 3rd party company come back to try to fix it again. They told me it would take another 2 months for the fabric to be delivered to their warehouse. I spent over $5,000 for 2 items back in July, we're heading into November and it looks like the possibility of the defected item being fixed will not happen in 2023. They don't even know if the next phase of attempts to fix the item will resolve the issue. I will never shop at Darvin furniture again.

I had an awesome experience at Darvin Furniture today. When I came into the mattress store I was greeted by the nicest lady Rita Brown. She helped me pick out a new firm mattress. She made everything so easy and I cannot thank her enough.

I love this store. The furniture is quality. The salesman I worked with, Mike, was very helpful and courteous. He took the time to show me the best deals and was never overbearing. I’m a happy customer and l plan to return for my dinning room furniture soon.

I have been furniture shopping for about a month now and this is the first time I did not feel ATTACKED by salesman when I entered the door! Calvin was very personable and professional! He did not FOLLOW ME through the store, he came back periodically and checked to see if I was interested in anything? He was very knowledgeable and honest about various pieces of furniture and he helped me to make an EXCELLENT PURCHASE! The PRICES are HIGHER but I will be RETURNING to Darvin just because of the GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!

I was at Darvin on Saturday looking for furniture for my new home. I must admit that Darvin has good furniture with great quality. The problem, came when suddenly, as I was upstairs in the clearance center, the lights went out. I realized the store must have closed. But, they did not make any announcements that the store will be closing in 30 minutes or 15 minutes. They just shut off the lights. I had seen some of the workers walking out as I was walking through the store looking, but no one stopped me to just informed me that the store closes at 6 PM. Even as I was walking through a very dark, virtually pitch black store, workers were passing me by saying have a nice night. No one assisted me in walking to the front door in this dark store. When you walk in the front door, you are virtually attacked by workers wanting to get a commission. However, when I was in need, no one stepped up. It was a scary, hazardous, and very unsafe. I am very disappointed that they just shut off the lights when customers were in the store shopping. Secondly, no one, not even the representative who had been assisting me in finding furniture said anything about closing or helped me out. I would honestly give Darvin Furniture 4 or 5 stars for their furniture. However, the experience I had on Saturday was 2 stars at best.

Great place for all your furniture needs. They have everything you could possibly need for your home furniture. We have bought several items from them and have yet to be disappointed. They have a wonderful sale team who are very knowledgeable of the items they have for sale. They offer great deals on financing and free delivery. We have been and will continue to return customers to this location. Super friendly staff and very helpful as well. If you can't find what you're looking for here, then you don't know what you want. They literally have everything when it comes to furniture.

Calvin Johnson and Chris Harris were extremely professional in their knowledge of their product line (furniture vs mattresses) and took the time to make us comfortable in our decision. We purchased a bedroom set and a new mattress this past weekend because of their expertise. Buying furniture is a difficult process and these gentlemen made it enjoyable. The women working in the cashier/credit department were also very helpful and knowledgeable. We would recommend Darvon Furniture to anyone we know who may be looking to buy furniture and/or mattresses. Now if delivery and set up go as smoothly as this part did we are all set.
