The place is enormous. The selection is seemingly neverending. Plenty of knowledgeable, helpful salespeople available but they aren't overbearing or pushy. Josh B helped with my sofa and coffee table purchase, and Muhammad helped my mother with her mattress purchase. They were both wonderful. It was a great experience and I will absolutely go back next time I need to make a major furniture purchase.

I went in looking for a kitchen table and chairs set. We were lucky enough to be approached by Jay, who was personable, knowledgeable and made himself scarce until he was needed. I love not feeling pressured into making a purchase. We were able to walk around, sit and ask Jay questions, and ended up purchasing a lovely set thanks to Jay. I definitely recommend asking for him during your visit.

I purchased a sectional, sofa, and mattress. Great selection of configurations and fabrics for couches. Great variety of mattresses. Knowledgeable salespeople. I compared pricing to some local competitors and at the time Darvin was better priced, even with special ordering the color I wanted.Chuck helped me with mattress and Santago helped with the sectional / sofa.

The worst customer service ever. Never ever purchase with them and recommend them to anyone. They sell furniture care protection to take care of incidents and accidents but in fact they trick the customers to fill their pocket and never present any service to them.They also fool the customers in another way. I purchased an $8000 Micheal Amini bedroom set from them. They sent me an old, peeled and rotten nightstand and foot board. When I called them to replace it they said it had been discontinued. While they still have this set in their showroom. What the hell do you think about your customers?Never ever do a business with them. You will regret it.

Pete was great to work with. The first sales rep told me the chair only came in the color of the floor model. I was about to give up when Pete walked by and asked if he could help. He advised the leather could be customized and helped me select the desired color, nailheads and legs. He really was great. The 4 out of 5 stars is because of the first representative’s lack of helpfullness. .
