I have a pending order with them that has yet to be processed. It has now been a month and a half. I have tried e-mail and phone contact numerous times with no response. I don't think they're in business any more.

Drove 30 minutes to its location in Orland Park just to read a note on the door that they are not letting any customers in the lobby for help or to purchase any supplies (Basically you are not allowed in the Lobby). Asked the extremely friendly lady that answered the door (Sarcasm) about getting my machined looked at and was told they are not helping anyone in person. I then asked her if what they have written on the door is also on the website about not seeing anyone in person and she said yes. News flash maybe you should update your website to say the same thing on the door so people don't take out 30 minutes of their day to get some kind of service at the actual location. Oh and didn't even bother to give me suggestions on the issue that I was having with my machine

While visiting the Chicago area from Canada I contacted CPAP Supplied Plus/Direct about purchasing a new mask for my machine. I purchased a mask from CPAP Plus/Direct, I saved more than $200. than what I was quoted in Canada. The staff where more friendly and accommodating than the staff in my own country.

I've purchase from them before, but they're no longer a reliable supplier. On 10/22/18, I placed an online order PRIOR to the daily order processing cutoff. The confirmation e-mail stated "Upon being processed and shipped, you should receive your order within 3 - 5 business days." When it did not arrive, I e-mailed them (10/29/18 PM) for a UPS tracking number and they never bothered to reply. The following day, I checked with my credit card company and was informed that the charge had been reversed by the merchant. This order was important to me as the old part had failed and my Cpap could not be used without a replacement. Sleepless nights on the sofa waiting for a part that would never arrive! Their website makes the pitch that they can help if you are "...frustrated with the lack of service your current provider is offering...". What a joke!

I spent hours comparing prices from one site to the other and found the best pricing here. Now having ordered from them several times I can say their advice is honest and educated, service is great, they usually ship the same day, and still the best prices.
