Bought 2 pizzas from the food court area. The place was a madhouse with tons of people waiting on orders. Arny, Adriana and the other 2 working there yesterday, 03/14/25, were amazing at taking care of everyone’s orders and responding to everyone’s questions at a timely manner. Definitely A team material.

This Costco location is fantastic, and honestly, the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it gets extremely crowded—which is a testament to how good it is!
Location & Accessibility:
This Costco is in a prime location in Orland Park. Just down the street, you’ll find Target, Carter’s, Sephora, and plenty of other stores, making it a convenient stop for all your shopping needs.
Parking & Gas Station:
• Plenty of parking—you’ll never struggle to find a spot.
• On-site gas station with fairly priced fuel, often lower than nearby gas stations.
• Tire center available for those needing auto services.
Inside the Store:
• Well-organized and easy to navigate despite being a massive warehouse.
• Diverse selection—electronics, jewelry, home goods, apparel, groceries (fresh produce, meats, dairy, eggs, snacks, honey), floral section, laundry essentials, and even an optometrist!
• Clean and well-maintained restrooms.
Shopping Experience & Customer Service:
• Great customer service—staff is always friendly and willing to help.
• The best part? The free samples! My daughter absolutely loves visiting when they’re handing out snacks. It makes the shopping trip even more fun.
Final Thoughts:
This Costco has everything you need and more, plus it’s in an ideal shopping hub. If you don’t mind the crowds, it’s one of the best Costcos to visit. Highly recommend!

You can tell that this is a popular Costco. The parking lot is full, but the lines move quickly. Food appeared fresh and the place was clean and staff were friendly. Better than the one in Bartlett whose butcher's leave so much fat on their meat, you wonder if it's worth it. The free samples they offered were very salty, and why would you serve dry frosted flakes as a sample.

Orland Park Costco is a bit rough on the weekends... But great if your athletic and competitive for groceries. You're an All-Star if you can grab a rotisserie chicken!

Costco has the best and cheapest fresh organic fruit and veggies anywhere. Costco is huge and parking lot is often full but as many shoppers as there are in the store I’ve never had to wait more 10 min in line at the checkout. Very efficient and fast!
